An excellent location close to all that the old town of Cefalu has to offer. Lovely views across the rooftops and out across the sea.

Do be prepared for the many steps to access the property.

Beautiful apartment in fantastic location, in the heart of the old town and so close to the main beach. The view from the terrace was really special looking out to sea. The apt is very well equipped with a large kitchen, washing machine, air con and two bathrooms. Luca is a great host and helped us with everything during our 10 night stay.

Fantastic location in the middle of the old town (you will have Italian neighbors). The terrace is simply stunning, a bit bigger than it would seem in the photos. I could not imagine a better view and the same can be said about views from a window in the main bedroom. The apartment is spacious and quite well equipped. Luka is very helpful.

The flat would need some refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. Sometimes there is an unpleasant smell in one of the bathrooms - there is something wrong with the plumbing, but it could be a general problem of the whole building.

Modern and centrally located. Perfect for a week stay. Very clean, and the host was lovely. Air conditioning worked fabulously, and the terrace view was incredible. Very convenient washer, as well! I would definitely return to this property.

Sometimes, the apartment smelled like sewage on the lower level. It wasn’t every day, and it also wasn’t unbearable. I believe it’s more of an Italy rather than apartment issue.

Great location in historical part of town. Close to shops, restaurants, and beach. Air conditioners in bedrooms. Luca was very helpful and got us a fan for the kitchen area. He helped us with our luggage up and down the many stairs. I felt safe staying there.

No air conditioner on bottom floor: kitchen and living room area was very hot. Top floor of building. You had to climb a lot of stairs to get to the apartment.
