Loved the location had everything we needed. Close to shopping, train and attractions.

We needed a place close to central Aberdeen for two nights. After searching, I booked this apartment, even though it had no reviews at the time. (Other choices were non-existent) The location is great, and secure parking is a plus. However, the photos make this 2-bedroom place look much larger than it is. I was traveling with my two adult sons; both are over 6'3" tall. The twin beds in the one bedroom were very uncomfortable for my youngest son and myself. I was literally afraid of falling off the bed during the night! Very, very narrow with a quilt that barely provided adequate coverage. The room with the larger bed is really some sort of futon that is expanded. My oldest son had to sleep diagonally in order to have any comfort. Not a very restful sleep at all. The one bathroom is nice with updated fixtures. However, no spare towels or linens are provided. The living room rug was filthy and should either be replaced or cleaned as needed. Windows are secure and provide good ventilation but the construction taking place made it such that we could not be in the living room and watch the TV with the windows open; the noise was overwhelming. That being said, the location was great. Very central to downtown and a mall is directly across the street. I would probably not stay here again though, and was very glad we were only staying for two nights.

This was a great location. Walking distance to all the local sites. Very comfortable and clean. Only recommendation would be one more chair in living area, the fourth person ended up sitting on the floor.
