Property was clean and kitchen was well appointed. I gave four stars because most of the dishes we used were dirty and had to be washed before use and the oven did not work.
The house has a fireplace but it said you must clean out all ashes to avoid charge but no wood, shovel or bucket was provided. Fire would have been nice to have.
Overall a good place for the money.

Cute little house, perfect location, exactly as described online. It was one little issue with my stayed. the couches were full of some kind of pet hair that caused my daughter and husband a terrible allergies reaction.

This was a great place to stay to visit family in Glenwood Springs, close to the main roads. We also appreciated that these owners accept dogs. That made a bit difference for us.

Location! It’s a perfect little spot right on the outskirts of the city. So, it’s a quick drive to anything or walk if you’d rather. But perfectly outside, so that the people/traffic does not bother you or your stay. It was quiet and peaceful. I really enjoyed the back deck and star gazing at night. The beds were comfy. Linens were clean etc.
The few condiments in the fridge really saved us too! We had no idea there would be any, but there were! Definitely a home away from home. All the essentials that you need!
Only downfalls- we had a truck/trailer combo. Approx 50 feet in length. To get it in the tight turn of the drive way was a little tricky. We did it and luckily came in late at night so that when we blocked the whole street to turn the rig around and back in, we didn’t stop many people. (no way we could have pulled in straight and if we did, getting out would have been super hard in the morning with more people on the roads)
And the water pressure didn’t get that hot.. maybe we are just spoiled to Texas weather and the cold in the air controlled it that much. But with it being full blast hot, it still was close to 80 degrees maybe. It never really satisfied my coldness etc.
Other than that, loved the place. And even with the downfalls, we would stay again! Loved the location and wished we would have stayed longer. :)

This property is within a 10 minute walk to downtown Glenwood Springs and very convenient. It is also close to walking trails and has a lovely deck. There was a key code issue and the property manager was very responsive. Dog friendly properties are rare and this one was clean, comfortable, and inviting.

9-minute easy walk to downtown Glenwood Springs! Very comfortable, big back deck. We were worried about the busy road but it was not an issue, much less noisy than we expected

Was very easy to walk to main part of Glenwood Springs and its shops/restaurants. Also only 2 blocks to river walk trail. Driveway a bit tricky but just need to be cautious and you can get in and out without trouble. Deck nice to sit and relax and pooches loved exploring the outside yard.

Clean. Pet friendly. Great location. Having a backyard + a separate deck was a huge win. 5 minute drive from just about everything you need. Walking distance from downtown and two-three trailheads.

We really enjoyed the time in Glenwood Springs. The house has many large windows so there lots of natural light. The kitchen is very well equipped so you can do whatever you want too. It is a very nice property we would rent it again.

The location was perfect! Easy(45min) commute to Aspen for Skiing, and close ( 5 min drive)to Iron mountain or Glenwood hot springs! Love having waking distance plenty of restaurants! The yard was perfect for the dogs to play chase and toss a ball..

This home is well kept. Perfect for relaxing and close enough to walk to town. My family and I loved this comfortable home and enjoyed the amenities. Owner and manager were readily available for questions and extremely helpful.

The three of us and our dog enjoyed the house, nearby trails, restaurants, and pools. House is very dog friendly with a fenced in side yard. Kitchen is well-equipped so you can dine in or dine out.

This house was perfect for us! We had 2 couples plus one dog and we all had plenty of space. The house was warm and comfy and had everything we needed! Beds were comfortable, kitchen well-stocked, nice and clean and decorated cute! Location was great to walk everywhere - Main Street with lots of restaurants and shops was very close by. The view of the mountains from the house was gorgeous! Would definitely return!!

The place was nice, just the right size for my family and a great location. The only issue we had was that the furnace was not working, but the manager provided some space heaters to get us through. Manager was great.

There was a basket of dog toys....so pet friendly! The location was close to the center of Glenwood Springs. The driveway is VERY challenging and a bit hard to find.

Debra's property was great. Love the location so close to downtown. And it was almost perfect for our dogs! The only complaint I have it that the pics show a doggie-door but it turns out that is closed off and you have to take your dog out on a leash from the front door to the side yard which really wasn't a big deal because it is just steps out of the front door. It was a good size space for our dogs to run and play, Otherwise the rest of the house was great! We enjoyed the deck and the décor was great! Would recommend and would go back!

The house smells like old urine, and everything feels damp. The house is wedged in beside a trashy apartment complex that’s never mentioned in the listing. Many of the apartment units look straight into the living room of the house. The deck looks and feels very unsafe. The driveway entrance is so small and tight that my standard pickup could only enter the driveway from one direction or it would hit the rocks piled up along the driveway entrance. The owner knows these things and keeps the deceptive listing. We ended up in a nice hotel in town that smelled very pleasant. Avoid this owner and this listing. It’s a scam.

Very nice mid-century home. Had to contact property manager, as entry Into property is very confusing. Perhaps a larger sign with 710 address visible from the street would alleviate that issue. Close to town. All in all a very nice experience.

We had such a wonderful stay at Debra's place in Glenwood. It was fully stocked in the kitchen and we made dinner one night and ate on the back patio, which was also so relaxing and great! It was also so close to town that we could walk and go out to the main town center. We had an infant and it was still so easy to get to the restaurants and shops. The rooms/beds were clean and very comfortable. We would love to stay here again!

The home is very charming and has everything you need right down to the spices in the spices in the kitchen. You can walk to downtown which has lots of fun restaurants & shops. Their are walking trails close by and Hot springs. The only drawback is the busy road, but it didn't bother us. Definitely will be back.
