The house had plenty of room for all of us; the amenities sufficient for all types of needs; the layout relative to the rest of the neighborhood was first rate. The property management company was helpful in promptly answering multiple, detailed questions. Would strongly recommend this house to anyone with a large gathering, looking for an awesome place on the beach!

This is our 2nd time to stay in this house.. the set up is great and things that needed to be fixed from the last were fixed.. my biggest complaint would be to get better curtains/blinds. the house is made for families and the kids woke up every day around 5:30 because of the brightness in their rooms... obviously we didn't want to wake up that early... please invest in better curtains with either black out or have blinds to fit the windows..I had one family but large black trash bags to tap into the window to help them sleep but not all the windows can do that and we should not have this problem while spending that kind of money for one week really fits my big family so well and would like to come back again. We love the location and the set up of the house.. I feel like it is time to reinvest some money to upgrades in this house...but by far we love this house the most of all the ones we have stayed in...

Our stay at 1008 Ariola was wonderful ! We especially appreciate the effort you made to have the air conditioning systems repaired at 10:00 pm at night for us - it really made the stay first class. - a few minor points for reference - the door from the stairs to the 2nd floor does not open unless you push hard on it ( a simple adjustment is probably all that is needed and the fan in bedroom # 5 (on 3rd floor at top of stairs) makes a loud rattling sound all the time and probably needs to be replaced.Again it was a wonderful house and we can not wait until next year.

We had an amazing time, even though the weather let us down. Amazing ocean/beach views from almost everywhere. Large island and gathering table in the great room on the main floor. Elevator worked consistently well and was easy to use for grandpa.Interestingly, most of the televisions are very small and not very modern. The common area on the top floor has the only modern TV. In the main bedroom on the top floor, the TV was too far away to read closed captioning while watching from the bed.Dryer on the main floor did not really get anything dry; it needs fixing or replacing.Outside outlets on the main floor balcony did not work, and a service person came by but didn't really know how to fix them.Pool was nice once we had the heat turned on, but $100 per day is pretty steep. A comprehensive list of kitchen items and beach items would be very helpful. The website was incomplete, and Paradise Homes was initially not helpful when my wife called with some detailed questions. I called back and was able to talk to someone more helpful. For this price point we expected more beach chairs and umbrellas, and for the office to be super helpful at all times; for the most part they were. Rental chairs were $50 a pair per day. Purchasing chairs was not feasible since we had no way of getting them home. Other places in the area offer one or two sets of comped beach chair rentals.There were two coffee makers, but a Keurig would be more efficient and less wasteful.The shower pressure was a little light but we were still able to shower without issue. We appreciated the ice maker in the kitchen! A water purifier would be a nice addition in the little sink next to the ice maker.A couple of higher, comfortable chairs with arm rests would have been nice for those in the group that were elderly to sit more comfortably. Another couch in the common room on the topProperty was very clean upon arrival.We would love to to return

This beach front property has it all and as good as it gets for a large group. Plenty of space and privacy for all. Amazing views from the decks (sunrises and sunsets) with all amenities, wifi, BBQ and a well equipped kitchen with an ice maker was the icing on the cake. The property has an indoor elevator to easily carry luggage. Property was clean, updated, has plenty of parking space and a swimming pool with privacy fence. Great communication from Paradise beach homes and made our stay pleasant and worry free. Our kids and adults had a lot of fun and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend them and will be back for future rentals.

absolutely perfect house for large family escape! all adults had private rom with bathroom and the 2 bunk rooms were loved by 7 grandkids from age 4 to 10. plenty of beach toys on site, pool was heated and spectacular gulf views. Very well equipped kitchen for the chefs among us and plenty of room in refrigerator for the all the food it takes to feed 26. many fond memories and plans to visit again!

We rented this gorgeous home the first week in May 2017 for a large family reunion of 25 people including kids aged 1-14. It was the most perfect house for our family. We all had our own space and bathroom and the kitchen was well equipped. We have rented it again for 2018. We have rented a lot of homes and this one is one of the best homes on the beach! It wasn't as clean as we would have liked, as the property management company was scrambling to get it cleaned and we had to check in 2 hours late because of it. That was disappointing, but not the house's fault.

We stayed at this very large 9br/9ba gulf front home for 5 nights in November. The house is new(er), very clean, and furnishings were very tasteful. The beds were comfortable; amazing kitchen; 2 balconies that span the width of the house were difficult to stay off of; the view is beautiful. You cannot walk to restaurants/bars from this house but this house is much nicer than the ones closer to the boardwalk in my opinion. If accommodations are the most important thing than you will not go wrong with this house.Paradise Prop mgmt was easy to work with and helpful.

The house was beautiful and had all the amenities we were looking for. It was right on the beach with great access. The pool was amazing to have. A couple of things we were not too thrilled about - there seemed to be a section just on the other side of the fence by the pool that offered public access to the beach so throughout the day we would have a lot of people walking past and parking on the side there. The road was narrow so with all that extra traffic it was kind of pain but manageable. The pool heater was not working most days. The management company was great to work with and very prompt with their responses. Overall, this is a fantastic home and made for a fantastic family vacation. I would definitely come back when in the area!

My family rented this property for our youngest daughter's beach wedding. We had guests stay with us in each of the 9 bedrooms! Very pleasant stay. Would recommend that repairs be made to entry doors (including sliding glass doors). Securing the property (i.e. locking doors) was difficult. Other than that, I would return to this property again!

My family rented this property for our youngest daughter's beach wedding. We had guests stay with us in each of the 9 bedrooms! Very pleasant stay. Would recommend that repairs be made to entry doors (including sliding glass doors). Securing the property (i.e. locking doors) was difficult. Other than that, I would return to this property again!

My family of 23 members enjoyed staying at the beach house. It is right on the gulf and the balconies over look the beach and have clear barriers to prevent the young ones from falling over. We also enjoyed the pool. The kitchen is well equipped and we explored all of it as we prepared all of our meals in house. The living room is generous in space and often had children running around as adults visited. It was great to have garages for all of us and 3 showers as we came off the beach. The folks at PBR came by everyday and checked the pool and someone even came by to move the garbage cans to the street.

We've rented this property numerous times. Missed last year. The pool has a new deck and liner which is much appreciated. There are some new chairs and couches in the living room which is a vast improvement! Seating around the dining table is horrible! Your choice are flat benches, or metal chairs unsuitable for anyone over 150lbs. not exactly a comfortable place to share time with family! The wifi at the home has always been poor, this year worse than usual. When the wind is high, there is a loud humming sound from the decking that will wake you from a sound reception is poor in most of the rooms with pixelating. There were two gas grilles that were too rusty and dangerous to use. A very sticky bathroom door in main level bathroom. And beach access is tough due to having to climb a high dune with no mat or handrail to help.
The lousy dining seating, humming deck, and ****** wifi have always been a problem. The fire hazard grille and the inoperable elevator when we moved in were inexcusable, especially at this price point. They did send someone out eventually to fix the elevator and replace the grille. But why wasn't this scheduled BEFORE we checked in? Unbelievable!
