The staff, every single one of them was so welcoming and nice, from the reception, houskeeping, the chef lady who brings food to your room when done. Top staff work, this is what makes the difference even if there is a few faults. And the room was big and light

The AC needs a smack, its eather really cold or not cooling, but still no big problem. And the location, yeah thats way off for me, but if you have a bike or use grab alot its no problem. But still there is nothing outside, they should set up a minimalt inside and the restaurant area need some love. Internet was not stable on the 7th floor, but i used my phones internet.

Location was great. It was quiet and it was not too close and not too far from Pattaya Beach and surrounding areas. Gym was well equipped and the pool was nice. Staff are very friendly. The room is pretty good size and the AC's work perfectly. Very clean rooms.

The beds are not comfortable, however, the staff added padding when I brought it to their attention. The pool only gets sunlight for a couple of hours due to it being in the center of the property surrounded by 2 buildings. Nice to chill at but not if you are trying to get a sun tan.

Hotel room very nice big room, big comfortable bed, toilet and shower room big and very nice. Swimming pool good, particularly when open to sunshine.

Dissapointing not to have use of kitchen facilities with ceramic hob available but no kitchen equipment available to use for self catering. I'm sure that I read that there was at one time a courtesy buggy to transport people to the main road but this wasn't the case and had to order many taxis as main road was up steep hill.

The room was big and spacious with nice shower.

I'd asked for a quiet room but was given one right above the entrance where motorbike deliveries came and went with noisy exhausts. Any other room would have been better at rhe rear. The location is a little far away if you don't have a motorbike. The bed was bad. It was 2 si gles pushed together with a ridge in the middle. As a solo traveller the side I was on became sagged like a hammock. I am 16.5 stones. Television had no English channels. The light pollution due to poorly fitted curtains was another issue.
