We spent most wonderful 3 weeks in this house! Everything was perfect! The house is practical, has a lot of space inside, an amazing terrace, and a very convenient separate kitchen, outdoor shower and another toilet. Our two children had a lot of space for playing, and we enjoyed our time here! The hosts are nice and helpful people, with great greek hospitality and friendship! They greet us with open hearts and with presents for kids and us adults as well. We felt like at our own home here, while exploring Sithonia. Thank you Nick and your parents for everything! We will remember our stay for a long time! Hope to be back here one day!

Every detail was perfect!

We found a perfect place for us, as a family with two energic kids....it was a wonderful surprise to find such a wonderful and clean place in the beautiful village of Ormos Panagias..Nick and his family did all their best to make our stay perfect...we fell in love with the house and will be back, for sure, next year.

It's difficult to find a minus in this location...for us, it had everything we needed.

A perfect villa for a family vacation. Very clean! The hosts are very kind. They gave us small welcome gifts which was very nice. We are very pleased with our stay and recommend Nick and Sofi's house for a vacation near to beach Livrohio.

What a fantastic house! The pictures don't do justice to this place, it's much better in reality :) Not to mention how pleasantly we were suprised to discover that there is another toilet and a shower, not only the one on the pictures (we were many). The outside barbeque is perfect along with the summer kitchen, and we spent most of our time on the porch. The hosts welcomed us very warmly, as if we already knew them :) The beach is a short walk away and it's really nice! All in all, had we known it was so good, we would have stayed longer at this house!
