Open Your Door On The Beach! - Private Beach Home
Dieses herrliche Ferienhaus liegt auf einem kleinen abgelegenen Bucht, zwischen zwei Hügeln, auf der Insel Evia, gegenüber dem Festland Attika.
Seine einzigartige Lage ermöglicht es, abseits der Hauptstädte und sicherlich Mainstream-Tourismus ausgeblendet werden, wodurch Ruhe, ohne dass es weit von der Zivilisation. Ein kleines Fischerdorf mit ausgezeichneten frischen Fisch Tavernen liegt nur 10 Autominuten entfernt und größere Städte an der Küste mit einem lebendigen Nachtleben auf 20 Minuten Autofahrt Radius. Da ferner der Insel Evia ist mit dem Festland über mehrere Fähren und eine Brücke verbunden, ist der Flughafen von Athen weniger als 2 Stunden entfernt.
Die Seltenheit dieser Haus liegt jedoch woanders. Seine West Gartentor öffnet buchstäblich an einem wunderschönen Strand mit kristallklarem türkisfarbenem Wasser ausbreiten, bevor es, was die Formulierung "auf dem Strand" neue Bedeutung. Darüber hinaus, dank der von den umliegenden Hügeln vorgesehenen Schutz, das Meer ist immer ruhig und einladend, auch wenn "Aeolos", dem Gott des Windes, ist begeistert ...
Das Haus selbst verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer -das Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad-, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, Essbereich und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Draußen Das Haus verfügt über zwei große Terrassen -on geschützt, und eine komplett alfresco- sowohl komplett mit Essbereich, einem alten Stil Steingrill und einem großen Garten, die Freiflächen, verschiedenen Obstbäumen und eine Schaukel gehören; alle mit Blick auf eine zauberhafte Blick auf das Meer.

Stayed at this beautiful location with family and friends for 7 nights! The host Mrs Irene was super friendly and sweet. Along with Alex (who was very helpful, amazing) and provided us with all the information required for this location, direction, restaurants and local shops.
Stores are located about 30ish min away so ensure you stop on the way to get your groceries.
The location is also very private. The beach was heaven and pretty much private - prefect for families.
Would book this house again - 100%

We had the perfect holiday in this property. The property has a large garden which runs parallel to the beach in a quiet bay and faces directly out to sea . The gate in the pictures is at the bottom of the garden and is 1 minute's walk from the large patio outside the house. The bay is really quiet and beautiful and we were often the only people on the beach and in the sea. The house itself is also really lovely to be in - the living area is spacious and there are two large windows which look right out to sea. They are difficult to photograph because of the brightness of the sea and sky and the photographs of the house don't really do justice to the views . We intended to explore Evia, but in the end spent 10 days mostly in the house area or swimming/on the beach as it was such a lovely place to be. The nearest supermarket is 30 minutes away, but the roads are fine and the house is so well equipped (far better than other self catering places we have been to) that we didn't feel the need to seek out restaurants , although the seafood at the beach front restaurant in porto buffalo was really good . The host Eirini was charming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble . We met up with Eirini at the entrance to Porto Buffalo after texting en route and getting to the property could not have been easier. If we are able to, we would all love to visit again.

My family and I (4 adults, 3 kids) had an amazing time here! The house is lovely, clean, well-equipped, quiet, with views of the magnificent small bay. The beach starts literally at the edge of the enormous house garden and is almost private. I mean, we read the description before coming but we couldn’t believe how true it was! We mostly had the entire bay to ourselves for the duration of our stay. An added bonus is that the bay is protected by surrounding hills and isn’t affected by winds, plus that the water’s edge is shallow so we felt very safe for the kids.
Our stay was so amazing, like time stopped at the perfect point and our family was so relaxed and happy. The entire area is hidden away from it all, we saw only a few local people who also enjoy the blissful location. We went shopping the first day and never felt the need to leave the house. Porto Buffalo village is 5 minutes by car and has shops and a couple of lovely-looking tavernas but honestly, we preferred the luxury of our privacy at the house!
Irene, the house owner, and Alex, property manager both were amazing, super helpful and made our stay so comfortable and pleasant. Thank you both very much!

Mbuffalo is a small fishing village located on the Island of Evia, Greece. The house is located a little further away which was a challenge to find for anyone hence we needed assistance. Once at property we couldn’t believe how private this place away. The view of the beautiful bay from the front verandah is so lovely it’s hard to believe that we had this whole beach to ourselves mostly for 6 days. We shared the beach with a couple of small boats that had made this their home for a couple of days, along with approximately 10 maximum walk in day beach lovers. This never interfered with our gated privacy to the property. There are small pebbles between foreshore and 2 meters into water but then you have sand. The water was deliciously refreshing and also warm. Would loved to have stayed longer.
The negative on the property is we didn’t get to meet the owner as suggested providing us with details and things to do in area. We did meet the owners daughter who helped us find our way to property which was a blessing. The property is tired and needs to provide non speaking Greek guests an instructions manual to assit them with the operational needs. Lucky we were mechanical minded! Also have house presented in a clean ready to go for guests and not have refrigerators unclean with leftover food from previous visitors. I wasn’t a great start to our holiday however, we had a great time, the house is in an awesome location and yes if the chance comes again to visit we will.
