The room was nice showers in the unit were very nice liked the view from the master bedroom and the kitchen dining room area

What breakfast?
The residents in the condo above us were horrendous and sounded like a herd of elephants the entire week. The dishwasher didn't work, we called in a maintenance request and noone ever came. You had to physically pull out the frig to get ice out of the ice maker. The pool was so disgusting with hair floating by you every second you were in the pool. There were kids in 602 who threw fireworks on my Tahoe and my windshield had to be replaced through insurance in Sarasota while we were there. UNRULY kids with no parental oversight was the theme of the week in the condo above ours and neighboring condos.

The staff were all very nice. Condo was good size.
The condo we stayed in’s AC was not working properly. Was never cold. Had a humid/sticky feeling. When another unit was ice cold in theirs.

the unit was beautiful and that’s it… hallways, elevator, lobby disgusting and dirty… no decent luggage trolley to schlep ur luggage,groceries..in welcome letter u have to strip ur bed… wash beach towels, run dishwasher, take out garbage/recycle all on last day😳who the hell goes on vacation and has to do housework not to mention there was a tip envelope🤨for what… I did all the work!! Now what I was really upset about… workers everyday on verandah w no furniture … while I was recovering fr knee replacement.. I should have been told… and they would not let me stay an extra hour on check out😡never again🤬

I wish there were more towels and toiletries. There were fewer than 2 towels per person. We struggled with this.
The bedroom tv had an unchangeable volume and was horribly low volume. There was no ability to use netlflix or hulu on that tv. We called office and they didn’t help us at all.
There were guests above us that were extremely loud. They dragged sliding doors open and closed 10-15 times in an hour and yelled on the balcony. There was no way to manage this.

The condo was a nice size for 5 adults and 1 child.
The condo had broken dishwasher and was not well equipped with pots pans and other essentials.

Needed hot pads for kitchen, ice maker didn't work, 2 patio chairs were broken and could not be used. Garage disposal not working but mgt got fixed in one day.

Everything!! It was very clean, very roomy, and close to everything!!
That there were private beaches on both sides and it was very crowded on the beach due to everyone had to get in one small area. There were people that sat up canopies everyday which took up space and made it more crowded. Also we were on the 3rd floor and the people above us were very disrespectful due to them running, slamming doors, and talking very loud all night long. But honestly other than that it was perfect!!

The location was absolutely beautiful! The unit we rented was clean and updated. The beds were so comfortable and the management company was very helpful!
The unit was beautiful and updated but it seemed they neglected the balcony area. The room outside the dining room that led to the balcony had old turf carpeting and an old shabby table. That room also smelled like old smoke or musty. It didn’t even feel as if it was part of the same unit because the unit itself was beautiful.
