The apartment is beautifully renovated, fully equipped, spacious, lots of cupboard space, private and well located. It was a treat coming home each day.

Only one toilet.

Excellent staff and very helpful. Apartment has is all. Coffee machine- oven-laundry-dry machine. Every second day house was cleaned/served

It was SO central to everything! We had a beautiful view of the river running through town and we could watch everyone jump into it through summer having a wonderful time! The amount of fresh air running through the apartment was spectacular, it was the best accommodation we had stayed in all trip!

The only thing was no aircon in summer, it was very hot but they did give us Dyson fans

We are repeat guests and always love the spaciousness of the rooms and catered all provisions as a good serviced apartment would! It is central enough to be walking distance to the main train station Zurich Bahnhof. Yet slightly off the city centre enough to be more reasonably priced. We enjoy the summer walk along the Limmat to and fro everyday.

We are repeat guests. This is the second time staying. Last year it was a good experience so we are back! We always love the spaciousness of the rooms and catered all provisions as a good serviced apartment would! Staff are helpful friendly and prompt in responding to questions. They were very kind to allow us to store our large luggage for 4 days between 2 legs of tour Zurich stat while we headed off to Zermatt. Do ask in advance. With kids the apartment is excellent as it allows kid to run around inside and Lounge around on lazy days. We cooked several meals and find the cleaning service always good. Clean and spacious room. Good facilities. Convenient location.

Bugs and mosquitos. Itchy bed sheets and the pillows had weird smell.

Great location with ample space and good amenities.. nice updated modern look.. got a good recommendation from the staff on best chance to get Lindt factory tickets since it was sold out online..

One area I would improve upon would be a bit more lighting, especially in the bathroom..

The direction to the reception office needed to be more clear.
