Location and space

Mosquitoes inside. Not much you can do about that though

We had such a wonderful stay at this apartment! We were a family of four, and it was a great base for exploring Rome. The location was fantastic and allowed us to discover so much of the city, mostly on foot. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Having two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a shared living and dining area made such a difference for us, especially when coming back after long, tiring days of exploring the city. It was really nice to have enough space for everyone to relax and unwind. The host was also very kind, welcoming and helpful! The neighborhood felt safe, yet lively and full of character. and overall, the apartment offered excellent value for money!

Beds were very comfortable and sheets were clean. Good wifi, air con and great location

We were 2 couples aged 60+ and chose this property because it advertised 2 bathrooms with shower. It only has 1 shower. The second “bathroom” only had a toilet and wash hand basin and the toilet leaked and overflowed as soon as we arrived. Luca was still there and saw this. He told us he called a plumber but no plumber arrived so we had only 1 bathroom for our 2 night stay. No toiletries were provided and only 1 small toilet roll per couple. We had to buy more toilet paper the morning we were leaving. Another person arrived the following evening with toiletries but we had already purchased some. The shower overflowed as the water flowed from both shower heads. It was a mess. The sofa in the living room was very badly stained. There was no washing machine. Luca never replied to us when we complained about the lack of toiletries and never reported the broken toilet to the owner.
