The neighborhood was great for kids as it had a quiet pool and playground and was a convenient location to all points of the island. We will certainly hope to rent again!

We had a great two weeks in Nantucket. The house in Naushop was perfect, it provided plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. Our boys loved riding their bikes around the cul-de-sac and neighborhood. The neighborhood pool was super convenient and a major hit every afternoon. The backyard is huge and the Weber propane grill is top-of-the-line. Jeremy was super responsive to every question and request we had, highly recommend this house!

This home is clean, spacious and has a great location. Perfect for two families. After a long day enjoying the many beaches on Nantucket you get to come home to the best out door shower and the most comfortable bed linens to tuck you in so you can do it all over again the next day! We would renr this home again.

This is the 2nd time that we have stayed at this property and we love it! The house is beautiful, lots of space, extremely clean and well appointed. New gorgeous deck, beach toys and amenities, grill, pool, tennis and pickle ball courts were also a big hit with the family! Owner is wonderful!

We loved this house. It was charming and spacious. The backyard was a wonderful oasis. We used the gas grill most evenings to make delicious dinners. All of the towels and linens were great shape. We loved the playroom, even for our teens who wanted an escape from their parents. We would definitely go back again.

This was our third time staying here and we can’t say enough nice things about this property or the owner. The house itself is lovely, well set up, and very thoughtfully appointed. There are plenty of bath towels, bed pillows, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry and dish soap, beach towels and chairs, etc. ). The garden and back deck are the perfect place to sit in the evening with a glass of wine or in the morning with a cup of coffee. The neighborhood is incredibly charming and immaculately manicured, so evening strolls are an absolute pleasure. And it’s all located an easy bike ride to town and close to the Safeway, Downeyflake, and Island Kitchen. Sconset, Surfside, Nobadeer, and other sites are all an easy drive as well. Plus, Jeremy, the owner, is incredibly responsive and accommodating. This is the standard by which we now measure all other VRBOs!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house was extremely clean and the owner Jeremy was in constant communication with us if we needed him. We were able to use the beach chairs at the house as well as the games in the shed in the backyard. The bedrooms were spacious, as was the living space. We will definitely be back!

This was an amazing home for my family and friends to spend time together on Nantucket! The home was beautiful inside and out and provided everything we required to enjoy our stay. The neighborhood was very nice and included a pool and beautiful tennis courts. The host was extremely communicative and accommodating to all of our needs. I would strongly recommend renting this home to anyone interested in spending time in Nantucket.

This home is fully equipped with linens, kitchen equipment (even good knives!), and a shed full of chairs and beach toys for the kids. While it’s not on the beach the Naushop area is in biking distance to Surfside beach and centrally located on the island. The house was immaculate. Comfortable beds, very clean, and 3 en-suite masters. Could not have asked for better communication with Jeremy. All was great!

We can’t say enough good things about this home. Its a perfect location to town, Great Point and many other beaches. Two master bedrooms make it any easy pick for two families vacationing together. There is plenty of room for the kids too!

This house has everything you need for a perfect vacation! The location, the amenities, and size is great for a large group of people. The bedrooms are large, plenty of ensuite bathrooms. The living space was fabulous - room to either eat inside with a large party or on the large deck. The backyard is huge! The kitchen is totally equipped. The shed has plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, a soft top surfboard, and corn hole! and even beach towels!! Not sure if this is typical but the house was totally stocked with TP, paper towels, laundry detergent, cleaning products, baggies, etc. (I had brought my own as I had not expected this). Jeremy was always available by text if we had any questions. Hope to rent this place again. :)

This house was perfect for our group! It was clean, plenty of space for our group of 10 and the owner was extremely responsive! We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second year staying at this wonderful home in Naushop -- we had loved it last year and were thrilled to be back. As before, the house was absolutely beautiful, perfectly cleaned, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay easier. (The house has beach towels, chairs, and beach toys, a beautiful en suite beautiful bathroom in each of the three king rooms, and is even stocked with hand soap, paper towels, and TP -- so no need to worry about lugging all of that across on the ferry.) We spent hours on the new deck that opens on the idyllic back lawn that's fenced and rimmed with hydrangea and other plants, and enjoyed the new outdoor shower as well. Jeremy, as always, was super communicative and easy to work with. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful, spotless, nicely appointed house in a great location (only 2 miles to town along a great bike path!) The house itself is lovely, with beautiful new bathrooms and comfortable bedding, and the well manicured, hydrangea-plenty backyard feels super private and lush. Jeremy, the owner, was so easy to work with, and responded to questions almost immediately. We don't know how our week could have been better, and look forward to booking again. Thank you!

The home was very well equipped for 10 - 11 guests, plenty of room, very clean, and great outdoor space!

This was a somewhat last minute vacation to Nantucket for our family and I was so happy to come across this property. We had 5 adults and one toddler and the house layout was perfect for us. It has three levels, 5 bathrooms and 4.5 baths, all of which are recently updated. It also has a great yard to hang out in and for kids to play. The public transit picks up at the end of the street and you are right near the bike paths to various parts of the island. You can also walk/bike to local bakery, restaurants and grocery stores. We had one small plumbing issue during our stay but Jeremy was extremely responsive and the issue resolved very quickly. We frequent Nantucket each year and have stayed at quite a few properties. One plus with this property is that it is fully stocked with paper goods, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Additionally, Jeremy was an absolute pleasure to work with during the booking process. We look forward to staying at this property again in the future and I would highly recommend it, especially for families.

We really enjoyed our stay during the summer of 2018! The home is very spacious and well-kept. The lawn and patio area was a great addition that we routinely used during our stay. Jeremy was a great host and was able to answer questions quickly in addition to be proactive about our rental. I would highly recommend this property to groups/families who are looking for a large, modern home in a nice community.

We have stayed in this lovely home a few times in the last two years, and hope to continue making it our home-away-from-home for a week or two every summer. We vacationed here with extended family, and 11 of us fit very comfortably. Five children (age range 3-15) had plenty of space to play inside (parlor is stocked full of books, games, and a Wii system) and outside (shed contains yard games, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc.). The kitchen has all the necessary cookware and appliances, and there is plenty of comfortable seating downstairs. The bedrooms are luxurious! Two king master suites are hard to find in Nantucket, not to mention a third (queen) master suite. We appreciated the room darkening blinds that we could pull down for sleeping in and raise for the daytime. We also enjoyed the AC - many older homes in Nantucket don't have AC, but with kids it's a must for us! Also, whenever we rent a home, one of my biggest worries is the standard of cleanliness. The best thing about this house is how clean and fresh everything was. The bedding and towels seemed new, the walls were freshly painted, the bathrooms were spotless. Each time we've rented this home, we think it can't get any better next time, but we are surprised to see yet more improvements. I believe the owners are now completely renovating all three bathrooms on the second floor in time for summer 2018. The owners have been responsive and easy to work with. Nantucket itself is a magical place. The beaches are beautiful, and we love walking around town, shopping, admiring the yachts, and frequenting our favorite restaurants (Nautilus and Queequegs in town, Fusaro's near the house, and the Summer House Bistro right on the beach). It's nice to come back "home" to a quiet neighborhood at night and walk around the little streets. It's also nice to have the heated pool, tennis courts and playground just a short walk away - I think the Naushop neighborhood is one of the only spots on island with these amenities. My son enjoys being so close to the bike path. The kids also enjoy the backyard of this house - it's quite large and great for a game of soccer or whiffle ball. Our rental was well-worth the price.

We had a wonderful stay at 7 Curlew! The house is set on a pretty cup-de-sac and the back yard is big and private. We loved the openness of the downstairs - it felt very spacious and comfortable. All five bedrooms were newly painted and beachy feeling - the bathrooms were clean and well stocked, too! The front room downstairs was great for our kids and their cousins - they played in there in the evenings and enjoyed the Wii. The shed was full of great beach toys too! The property was very well-maintained with many recent upgrades and the landscaping was beautiful. We also loved the neighborhood, the great community pools and beautiful grass tennis courts!! We would definitely recommend this property very highly and are planning to go back this coming summer ourselves, as we know they recently completely renovated all three second floor baths. Can't wait to stay there again!
