Perfect location in Sainte Maxime close to beach, shopping, and restaurants. We have stayed at this apartment many times and it is our favorite place to stay in Sainte Maxime. The air conditioning and washing machine are two other important features that we like.

Location close to the centre and the beach, really difficult to find any better. Provided parking is secure and safe even if a little walk is needed. Pay extra but reasonable for towels and lining.

Only minor details like the bed not being big enough for 2 tall people.

The host was very helpful and immediately took care of us when we arrived. The apartment was superclean and right in the middle of the city center. The beach is only a five-minutes walk away. Air conditioning in the living room was very welcome and whole apartment was clean, tidy, spacious and ideal for one family.

This is our favorite place to stay in Sainte Maxime. The location is great - right in the center of town close to the beach and all the restaurants. Very large and comfortable, with brand new beds. The owner Pierre is great. He makes sure our stay is enjoyable each time we stay at his apartment. In fact, when we were last here before COVID, we left a beach chair and beach towels that we bought. He remembered this and had them for us when we checked in. His off-site parking is also a bonus, as it is difficult to find parking in Sainte Maxime.

For the value, this property is really exceptional. The host is very helpful and accommodating. It's very clean, very easy to maintain and it's super cozy even for 3 people. Wifi is tp, which I needed because I'm working online. The location is just in the center. You don't need a car, everything is within a walking distance even the beaches. Ste Maxime is a vibrant small town with lots to do, close to St Tropez but more authentic. You have lots of restaurants, a bit pricey so ask the owner for good deals. If you want to discover la Côte d'Azur, this is the perfect place to be. Thank you Pierre for your beautiful place and for being an excellent host.
