We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff, a fine and considerate breakfast and tasteful facilities. The location is just about right as we like to walk a little bit to the center. We will certainly be back to Estia Boutique Apartments. My wife and I truly enjoyed staying here and would strongly recommend it.

Everything was great!

Well equipped, clean and cozy rooms. The reception staff was so friendly and helpful on our late check-in. They wrote a thorough instruction how to get the key, where to park the car at night. That definitely gives an additional star to the hotel 😊. Spacious patio for the breakfast gave us a good start of the sunny days. The breakfast itself was good with a variety of traditional Greek food and common European breakfast. The hotel has its own free underground parking it’s a plus for busy streets of Athens.

The windows of our room were looking to the walls and windows of the opposite house which was standing quite close. Thus, it was gloomy in the room even in the morning.

BREAKFAST QUANTITY WAS NOT EXTENSIVE WHICH WAS PERFECT FOR ME AS WE HAD QUALITY FOOD. BREAKFAST AREA WAS EXCELLENT. NICE TO CHILL WHILE HAVING BREAKFAST.

Location, although not far from exciting sites and city life... The immediate surroundings can be a bit sad and sometimes scary. Maybe it's just not something we are used to day to day...

Breakfast was buffet style and very nice. Everything was tasty with a small selection but is perfect for a light meal before seeing the sights of Athens. Location not the greatest but close enough by taxi to the best parts of Athens.

Many places on Booking.com are reviewed as being exceptional when they are nothing of the sort, But Estia Apartments really is exceptional. New and very nicely furnished, very comfortable beds and very well equipped. The staff are delightful and the breakfast options and quality are excellent. It is also located in an interesting up and coming part of the city, away from the main tourist areas, but close enough (10-15 minutes walk) to the Plaka and on the doorstep of the Kerameikos ancient cemetery which is, at least in my view, one of the most pleasant and atmospheric historical sites in the centre, happily ignored by the mass tourist sector. The free parking is a big plus and it is easily accessible from the main National Road (Athens to Thessaloniki).
