Fantastic location one minute from the sea! Right in the centre of beautiful Aldeburgh. The apartment had two good size bedrooms and everything we needed to make out stay comfortable.
Parking was a little tricky in busy times but the hosts help you with where to park! Could have done with some fans in the top bedroom as it was quite hot.

Beautifully presented, well equipped apartment. Fabulous location. Would definitely return.
Instructions did not specify entrance was through side gate so had to ask a few shop keepers.

cleanliness. little things like DVD player & DVD’s, books., beds comfortable. loved that both bedrooms had their own shower room toilets etc. dishwasher.
think step at door/gate should be painted white as in the dark it cannot be seen. we tripped up over it. lights in that area are very shadowy. (better lights needed)

arriving in dark, no lighting near the entry gate. ade using the key safe a bit tricky. no other issues

Nice central location in Aldeburgh. No problems with access. All facilities worked well, including internet, kitchen, TV. Cleanliness was good. No problems with noise at all, so we slept well.
Downstairs bed needs replacing - springs stick into your back. Throws over couches are pretty scruffy as was the floor rug. Info on the property needs updating - we spent 10 mins trying to get Wifi to work only to realise that new Sky router has been installed. Price for a couple was very steep in hindsight at £770 for 3 nights given we had to buy all our food.

Good location, on the high street, stones through from the beach.
Sash windows a little drafty. Might be cold in winter but fine for our stay in October.

Extremely comfortable, well equipped, comfy beds. Superb location for shops, restaurants, pubs etc.
Ensuite bathroom could do with a heated towel rail

Easy to find and great location right in the middle of the high street. Check-in instructions were easy to follow, the property was clean with great facilities. I liked the en-suite in the lower room and our friends enjoyed having their own bathroom on the upper floor. Kitchen and sitting room had everything you could want for a short or long stay. Truly great place if you want to visit Aldeburgh, would definitely like to stay here again if we come back next year.
