Comfy beds, good linens, clean and modern. Location excellent.

We were a family of 10 ages 8-72. It’s a beautiful and modern home right in town with plenty of room for all of us to have our own space or to be together in the living & kitchen areas. The house was spotless and well appointed. Beds and linens were comfy and of high quality. The one time we reached out to Ryan he was available and very helpful. We loved being right in town within walking distance to excellent restaurants, shopping, the marina and more. There’s an outstanding pub just across the street with a great menu. Previous reviews complained about hot water but I think they must not have understood the child safety knobs, as we had more than enough HOT water for all 10 of us. Like REALLY hot! Kitchen had everything we needed, and blow dryers were provided. A word of caution for any guests with mobility issues, this house is 3 levels with all bedrooms on the upper 2, so ability to climb stairs is a must. Only suggestions I have for improvement would be to provide a bit of dishwasher detergent and garbage cans in the bathrooms. Over all we rate the home 5 stars and would HIGHLY recommend. If I find myself in Kinsale again, this would be my first choice again!

The house was perfect. My mother, 4 siblings & significant others and the 2 children in our group were very comfortable there. It is near very nice pubs & restaurants and a lovely playground. Ryan was accommodating during the booking process. If we go back to Kinsale, we will be staying here!

The location was perfect. Less than 10 minute walk to the town and restaurants. The house was very spacious with a large shared room and modern kitchen. We did set the alarm off once when first setting it but Ryan was extremely quick to respond and answer any questions we had to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The middle floor shower was electric and provided hot showers longer than the others but we managed just fine with 5 people. We had more than enough room with 2 couples and a single in our party. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Kinsale and recommend it to others as well!

We had a wonderful stay here in Kinsale. The property is beautifully decorated and felt very spacious for our party of 7 adults. The location is fantastic, the pier along with some lovely bars & restaurants are on the doorstep. Would highly recommend this house and we will definitely look to book here again. Finally the owner was very helpful & quick to respond to any queries

Ryan was available 24/7 for questions . You are in walking distance to the harbor and all shops and restaurants. The White Lady across the street has an amazing restaurant and the Cozy Cafe has a beautiful breadkfast just a 7 min walk. The house is an amazing location and has generous bedrooms and baths The kitchen is modern and even has an expresso maker and 2 dryers for laundry. Just make sure you review how the hot water works as it is on a timer. There is a Sign in the cupboad with the washer , but not clear. One bath on the second floor has instant hot water, but there was no signage or instructions. 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We loved Kinsale! Thank you!
