The location was very good for our purposes -- close to subway stop and bus from the airport, and close to a grocery and several restaurants.

The dishwasher wasn't working, but there wasn't a dish drainer in the kitchen. And there wasn't anything in the shower to hold toiletries -- we had to put the soap on the floor.

Person working in lobby couldn’t speak English. Lobby was pretty awful! Old, uncomfortable sofas, no place to wait for Uber.

I made reservation a room a few days ago but when I got there and gave my reservation number to the receptionist, she asked me to call the customer service as if she ask me to show her an evidence I booked the room. So weird! One day my wife came in and sat in the lobby. At that time I was keeping the condo's key and was driving to Park Hyatt for parking so she had to wait for me at the lobby. The receptionist asked my wife to show ID for checking. She told that anyone coming in must show ID for her to check. I wonder we have been in and out many times so why she need do a stupid such act! So weird!
