I came Japan with my family (4 people) and booked two double rooms in this apartment. Room was really perfect ! Space is enough for two people (not easy to take big room in Japan) / room is clean and everything is in the room (refrigerator / airconditioner / cups / plates / TV... etc) Of course, not super close to Sapporo station but walking 10 min. was not a big deal for my family. Super close to convenient store is much important for our family. Want to stay here again when I come to Sapporo in the future.

Not providing new towels / Cannot keep luggage for people leaving the apartment... However not a big deal for us.

A small suite like a complete house.

Ok location. Place was quite clean and didn’t look too bad.

No aircon in the bedroom. It was really hot at night. We couldn’t leave the bedroom door open because the REALLY annoying entryway light was on a sensor and couldn’t be switched off. This meant with the bedroom door open if we moved the slightest bit an extremely bright and annoying light would shine in and wake us up. With the bedroom door closed it got really hot and stuffy in the bedroom. We slept horribly. It needs to be fixed!

The location was very convenient for a family to travel via train. The process to check in was pretty simple and time saving. The cleanliness of the rooms were good.

The accessories provided was of average quality. As well the like drinking water was provided for one night and the electric oven in the kitchen instead of gas oven

Convenient location (10-15 min walk to Sapporo subway station / Sapporo JR station) with convenience store nearby, cosy apartment with everything we need

Extremely good value for money for a place near central Sapporo! Place is spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. Facilities were excellent with a big space for cooking and all the necessary utensils provided. Check in was a breeze with the step by step guide provided.

It's a 10 mins walk from the nearest subway station. Depending on your destination, further walking may be required to get to the correct train line. This is a small issue though. It's perfect otherwise!
