Distance from the main attraction.

It's a whole Japanese apartment and much larger than I expected. It was well furnished and so pretty and cozy. Just a 10-15 mins walk from the TV tower, Odori Park etc. I'm fairly sure there were longterm regular renters in this building, so you can live like a local. The hotline was SO QUICK to answer, and really patient and helpful when I needed them.

No early checkout possible in any way. There's no reception and also no secure way to store your luggage, even shortterm. Windows all kind of faced walls so not much sunlight or view, if that's important for you.

The property is very nice cozy clean

location. It is walking distance from Sapporo station and rather quiet environment.

Check-in. It was one of the worst check-in process in my experience. The lobby had two kiosks for check-in. When I tried to check-in, two groups already occupied both kiosks and they are extremely slow to input information at kiosk. They kept working on check-in for long time. They took more than ten seconds to input every single characters and they were required to input too much information. I felt like I need to wait forever until they complete the check-in. The UX of the check-in kiosk is actually not super terrible for me but it requires a guest to input too many information and UI is not intuitive. It is a huge problem for old people input all required fields. Definitely the hotel needs to improve the check-in process or create a by-pass process for savvy guests. I would not want to wait that long time anymore.
