Stock, da wir eine Lobby im Erdgeschoss haben). Wir besitzen auch J1 direkt nebenan! Perfekt für große Familien, die zwei nebeneinander Eigentumswohnungen mieten möchten. Unsere Wohnung ist sehr geräumig mit 3BR und 3BA + einen riesigen Balkon. Wir haben alle neuen Möbel, Teppiche, Kunstwerke, Lampen und Dekor für Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer gekauft. Beide Kingsize-Betten verfügen über neue Matratzen. Die Küche wird komplett mit allen Ihren Ess-, Back- und Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Edelstahlgeräte in der Küche. Neue weiße Küchenschränke im Shaker-Stil und Granit-Arbeitsplatten mit einem schönen Shiplap-Backsplash. Alle neuen Bettwäsche! Condo hat neue Fliesen in den Wohnbereichen und neuen Teppich in den Schlafzimmern. Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und in allen 3 Schlafzimmern. Wir freuen uns Sie als unseren Gast begrüßen zu dürfen!

We found K1 to be the perfect accommodation for a family with atoddler. The patio fence was fully covered so that a small child could not get through. Two king beds plus a queen allowed for comfortable sleeping. We've already booked for 2024!

Our crew enjoyed another great vacation booked through Paradise Found! We could not have asked for a better experience...from booking through Cheryl to finding everything we needed in K1 in North Tower. Ocean Creek is our favorite place to stay and our 10-night stay in October 2022 was another example of how great it is to rent from Paradise Found. We plan to return soon!

This trip is just what we needed. We loved the location of staying more north area of myrtle beach. We also LOVED that on the beach by the condo was an area on the beach that wasn’t connected so it felt like it was a little more private. Communication was excellent. I had a few questions and also some last minute changes and she was amazing and very helpful. We really liked the set up of the condo as well. Having 3 bathrooms, one connected to each bedroom was also amazing. Nothing negative to say, will stay again.

Super quiet complex, nice and close to the beach and two pools. Always lots of space at the pools and the beach was not very busy. Everything was nice in the condo, beds were okay. Easy access to Barefoot Landing and Myrtle Beach.

It was just as advertised. We loved that it was on the first floor. No stairs or elevators to use. Short walk to the beach. Very quiet and not crowded at all. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is absolutely gorgeous just like in the pictures .The location was perfect right across the street from Barefoot landing which was definitely a plus . The condo was very functional it had everything you would need just like the comforts of your own home , the kitchen was fully stocked with pots pans utensils it was seriously nothing else you could ask for. Cheryl and her Housekeeping team where A+ they were on top of everything and it made it so much more relaxing knowing you had no worries it was truly one of our best vacations at Myrtle . Thank you so much Cheryl you were awesome cant wait to rent from you for our next getaway.😊

Great place to stay!
Listing is just as described and pictured! I was just recommending this rental to a friend and I would absolutely stay again myself! The only con was there wasn’t enough linen.. towels, wash clothes, sheets or blankets or pillows! But that’s an easy fix just take some of your own! Other then that it’s the perfect place to stay!

Our family was a little skeptical celebrating Thanksgiving at the beach under the COVID conditions, though we had made the decision on Thanksgiving 2019 that we would change to the "coast" location. The condo and all of the amenities were above our expectations. We really didn't think twice about the virus scare. Of course, we followed the "3 Ws." Will definitely book with Cheryl/ParadiseFound again. Thanks for a great memory!

Myrtle Beach was very nice, calm and warm this September. We liked everything about our stay at this beautiful Resort. Spent a lot of time walking, swimming and relaxing under the sun! The advertised condo pictures are very accurate. Choosing this particular condo we wanted to avoid crowd as much as possible due to Covid-19, so 1st floor (actually 2nd living floor) with no use of elevator and with parking lot across the unit was ideal. The ocean views from the balcony and living room were gorgeous. This unit has everything you need or almost everything you need while vacationing. Beds are comfortable enough but we wished to have some extra pillows especially for the master suite and some extra blankets for cool nights but unfortunately had to turn heat on . The bed sheets were wonderful quality! Not a cheap ones! The heat lamp in the master bath was a bonus!
This unit is a family friendly, nothing fancy or extra just nice and simple exactly what we were looking at this time! Hope our comments will help to make this condo even more appealing! Thank you Cheryl!

Excellent
We were seeking a 3 BR unit on a lower floor, to avoid elevators, and we were lucky to find Cheryl's K1 unit available. We were pleased with every aspect of the unit and enjoyed Ocean Creek resort as well. The location is great - it is at the end of the condo/hotel strip and south of resort the beach was gloriously open and crowd-free. Many restaurants, shops and activities are within 1-2 miles. Cheryl was very responsive and helpful.

Covid escape
This condo was the perfect location for our mini vacation/ change of scenery from Covid. If there were a lot of guests staying here, we didn’t notice except for parking at night. Parking is not a problem but that was the only way we knew there were other guests at the resort. We went to the pools and saw only one or two other families. The beach was not crowded either. As for the condo, it was perfect!! 3 large bedrooms. We were not crowded at all!! We had a everything we needed for cooking our meals. Kitchen was well supplied. Hopefully we can come back and stay longer after all this is over.

As always, Cheryl’s properties at Ocean Creek exceed our expectations. The decor is good and there are plenty of dishes and utensils for meals in. The 1st floor unit was great - easy to get to the beach and pool without using an elevator. I would recommend Ocean Creek to anyone. Thank you, Cheryl, for making our stay great!

Excellent Value Property
This condo was perfect for our family getaway with 4 adults and 2 kids. Terrific location in Myrtle and the private property felt safe and clean. Easy beach access and multiple pool options available. There was some noise from foot traffic and “partying” later at night for the two front bedrooms, but nothing too extreme. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to any requests. For $300/day over Memorial Day, you cannot beat the value here!!

We loved this condo, the location was perfect! Access to pools and the beach, no driving required. Condo was clean, a few cosmetic updates could be done, but it was excellent for our family of five. We will be back!
