Great location in the heart of the old city but very quiet and easily accessed by the public transport.
Interesting old style interior.
All you need for cooking but not in the best condition and luck of non scratching utensils.
Cleaning can be much better: there is a lot of dust everywhere, the floor isn't properly washed.
None of the interior doors are closing.
Half of the lamps are not working or missing.
In general an apartment requires a cosmetic renovation at least.
Luck of manual citrus juice maker in the region full of tasty oranges.
Just two rolls of toilet paper for a week's stay for the family.
Last but not least we didn't get shampoo until our personal request and inside the shower was a simple soap instead of the shower gel.

A entrada do Condomínio é bastante descuidada e escura.
