Location Comfortable bed.

Could use a few more kitchen items. Just two broken chairs on Patio. Well had an issue so halfway through water was brown and cloudy. But I realized that can't be controlled.

It was spacious, clean and with useful things like coffee machine

there was no way to double lock the property and there was a door to the apartment upstairs that we couldn’t lock. These aspects made me feel unsafe. The property offers little privacy with the balcony very low and overlooked. The pool only has 6 Sun loungers, which are all in front of other apartments. Three of us were booked to stay at the property, but the Sofa bed was not made up when we arrived. When we opened it, there was an old sheet on the mattress and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, with hard metal springs. I asked for sheets and a man from Vacasa came. Clearly he had never made a bed before and he didn’t understand the word Sabanas, so it took some time to communicate. He came back with some pillows and screwed-up sheets that we used to make the bed.

I was robbed into the house that I rented on Booking. Cove Condos does not have any security (no cameras, night worker 24x7, nothing). The thief broke into my apartment at 3 am, when I was sleeping. He stole my belongings. I woke up with a bandit in my room and he had a huge knife to kill me. All guests has sugested these robberies were made by employees. Nobody from Cove Condos or Booking helped me so far. They completelly abandon me. 10 days after, they didn't refund me the accomodation nor my belongings (mobile phone and so on).

The power kept going out and locks us in the gate.

The main door didn’t close properly and there was very limited hot water available. The water pressure in the showers and sinks was low and mostly only ran cold water.

Good location, comfortable beds, dishwasher, washer dryer, the unit just needs maintenance to be excellent.e

We went to Beach Club and it was closed on Mondays! Why? No way to know this.
