Great condo with plenty of space. I loved the extra suite that led to a rooftop area. The condo is on the 3rd floor and the 1bedroom/bath and living room is on the 4th floor that you access via a back stairwell. The rooftop and one of the balconies have a nice view of the gulf. The building is waterfront with steps away from the beach!

The condo was large and roomy. Loved the 2nd floor area for teenagers to have their own spot. Comfortable beds . Loved jacuzzi tub in main bath but no handle or anything to hold getting in or out so kind of dangerous since its so high. Beautiful beach and area.Very little furnished, 1 trash bag, a little dish soap 1 roll paper towels, couple rolls toilet paper etc. Make sure you bring your own. Had a couple issues with needing one toilet not working and dryer not working but called and fixed same day.
But issues with building really bad. Elevator stopped.working our 2nd day. Called building repair # and guy answered it and yelled at me for calling to early! I told him i was worried someone was going to get stuck in Elevator and he said he would call Elevator company. 2 days later still not fixed, my daughter called and had heated words with him and finally someone came out. Elevator worked for 1 day and broke again! We had to carry all od our suitcases and stuff down from 3rd floor. Building is in really poor shape, nothing being fixed or cared for.Roof top terrace floor is dangerous, soft and seems ready tocollapse- taped off in middle and sign says not to step off taped area.Elevator inspection certificate expired 2 years ago. Before we left every unit had a notice that electric unpaid and going to be turned off.

The condo was spacious but the beds were awful. I thought I read where they were all king size with the exception of the twin bed room and the 4th floor room had a queen bed. Only two towels for the 4th floor room. I just don't think it was what the pictures showed. I was disappointed. I paid a lot of money and don't think it was worth it. No ocean view at all.

We arrived on 11/19/23 with high hopes. Having said that, we had concerns about the property that we found out after we booked. We voiced concerns about the condition of equipment and cleanliness.
After being reassured from the property manager that all issues had been resolved (prior to arriving), we found that they were not resolved and the extent of the cleanliness issues were far worse.
Issues we found within 15 minutes:
1. Uncontrolled black mold in two different bathroom showers and tub areas.
2. Uncleaned sinks, bathtubs and showers including previous tenant hair, dirt and toothpaste.
3. Mutiple intake vents showing hair,lent and dust almost completely blocking air intake. Most looked like they had NEVER been cleaned.
4. Living room couch had previous food droppings, sand and dirt on top and in cracks.
5. Living room floor had food droppings, sand and dirt.
6. Living room door to outside balcony was wide open.
7. The unit was 79 degrees at arrival.
8. All area rugs had major stains.
9. Refrigerator had previous food and general debris.
10. Several lighting bulbs were not working across the unit.
11. Primary bedroom sheets and addtional pillows had grease and blood stains.
12. Microwave had food splatter and was baked on.
The property manager fully agreed with us but the area GM said she would only refund the cleaning fees. We are disputing all charges with VRBO and our bank.

Booked in February for our September vaca with our 6 adult children. Read a couple reviews in July saying that the fridge and oven were not working properly. I immediately contacted the host with my concerns as we are a family of 8 adults that eat all our meals in. He responded, "Both issues were addressed as soon as we were informed of them." Checked in Sat Sept 9 No working oven!! I texted the host...no response! I did receive a call from Itrip saying that repair guy would be there Tuesday afternoon. He came, didn't ask any questions, didn't turn the oven on, just wrote down serial number and said it would be several days before the part would be in. This oven has not worked properly since Sep 2022 ( see Sept 2 2022 review) Not only did we have to throw out hundreds in groceries, we spent hundreds eating out! We were compensated for what it cost 8 adults to eat 2 meals out for 1 day! FIX THE OVEN or take it out of the listing!
Lessons learned...Issues being addressed, does not mean fixed! When reading reviews, pay more attention to the host's response...this will tell you exactly who you are renting from!!! It was a very spacious condo, in a great location...unfortunately we will not return and will avoid this host!

The condo size is great but it really needs a deep cleaning. The appliances are old and falling apart. The shower heads had mold on them along with the showers. The living room furniture in the upstairs unit is from the 70s. The pool area is very small and the gate leading out to the beach was broken and had to be propped open every day. Parking is a disaster as we had 3 cars and had to park one off site. The poles in the garage are difficult to maneuver around and it is extremely tight when going in and out. There is no handicap parking spot either which made it difficult for my elderly parents. For the amount charged for a week, the owners need to spend some money and get the unit updated.

The stay was horrible. Was talked to like we were stupid when we reported the refrigerator now cooling. The stove and oven were puny until Wednesday at 1:00. The management company said things happen. Received no refund for not being able to use the appliances. The condo needs deep cleaning and a little tlc.

It was easy access to beach and not over crowded, snorkeling was fun, pool was warm, Easy access to other areas like fort desoto state park were a dolphin swam within an foot of two in our group, saw a sand shark and manatees. Loved it

This was our 3rd year staying here. Love the area. The condo has plenty of room for large families. This year the place was not cleaned well. There was dirty finger prints on doors and walls. There was a pair of boxers left behind the TV in the master bedroom. There was a opened box of swiss cake rolls on top of the fridge. I dont think the couch in the living room had been moved for awhile, lots of dust and toys under it. Gum on the headboard upstairs. The shades looked like stuff had been splattered on them and not wiped off. The past 2 years I have had no complaints, that's why we choose to book the same place to stay. We are looking at different options for next year. I have an immune compromised child (double lung transplant) so we can not be staying at places that do not clean well.

Overall experience was great. Great location, nice condo, warm pool and beautiful beach! Walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Wished the listing would have mentioned that the upstairs bedroom was not within the condo and had to be entered via a different entry instead of finding out in the check in email.

Place was great! Weather was amazing and beach wasn’t too crowded. Ample chairs, cooler and other beach accessories. Wish it was a beach view unit. Didn’t know that till we got there. Parking was sufficient for an SUV and suburban. Pool was amazingly warm which was nice after the cooler ocean temps. Owner was responsive. Ample room for all of our guests. Would stay again.

We visited in January and thoroughly enjoyed this place on the beach. There were a few chilly days, but the heated pool allowed for a swim. The VRBO had beach towels, a cooler, and a chest of sand toys to use. I would definitely recommend this rental.

The place is well situated, close to the beach, the pool area is lovely, clean heated pool and area around the pool kept clean. The unit itself needed some better care. We went shopping first day there and next morning we found ants crawling all over food in cabinets and all over the stove. We called property manager who said exterminator had just been there but sent them over anyway. Did not get better for the rest of the week, had to keep all food, including cereal and chips in the fridge. Kitchen needed a good scrub. The hot water in the main bathroom did not work. The wifi in the 4th floor unit did not work. We happened to have a cold snap in Florida that week and found out heat in the master bedroom did not work. It's a shame because the place has potential, kitchen was well equipped (except for only having 1 dishtowel!) and you can't beat the location near the beach. However, cleanliness, heat and hot water are minimum expectations in a rental.

We had a wonderful time. The kids first beach trip was a huge success. They loved the condo. The property’s location was perfect. We could walk right out to the beach or play in the pool. Walking distance to delicious restaurants. Will definitely be back!

This property had a a great fourth bedroom/bonus area. You forgot you were traveling with others. (Wish it had a mini fridge) We had 2 parking spaces (listed as one) which was great since we had two cars for the 7 of us. Heated Pool and grill area clean. Prefect place for wanting quick beach access. Prefect location to avoid the crowdeds during peak season. Property management company was great to work with. They had a Quick response when needed.

Property was in a nice location and was very roomy and updated with appliances and furniture. Doesn’t have a full on ocean view from any balcony in this unit. Tried to call property manager and left message regarding tv, nothing serious and we figured it out, but never received a return call. A few ants the first few days but after they sprayed it seemed to be better.

When we first arrived it was a bit of a late check in and we didn’t realize the back AC unit didn’t work until late in the night. The property manager was prompt the next day getting it repaired for us and we didn’t have another issue with it the rest of the stay. The oven doesn’t work on normal bake setting and you have to utilize the conventional oven setting- hopefully this saves you some time when making your dinner because we were quite delayed by this. There is a bug issue near the sinks and bathroom that we took a star off for. The manager told us they contacted pest control but didn’t see them. They’re tiny bugs, maybe ants? I tried to pour myself a bowl of cereal in the morning and they were all over my cereal bowl before I could even get milk in it. Our biggest issue was with the actual property managers/ maintenance workers. They were beyond rude and went out of their way to harass us. They threatened to vandalize our vechiles and we even had to call the sheriffs because of their behavior. The man is unhinged and unstable honestly scaring us. From the second day we were there he was in my elderly parents faces screaming at them because they had moved their truck into the wrong assigned spot. The parking situation is terrible and there isn’t a public parking spot nearby for any additional vehicles. Management of the actual unit attempted to help as much as they could but there was no mediating with these individuals. The condo was pretty much empty our entire stay except the first night and the last night there were others in the parking garage area. Otherwise we were the only ones there for the 10 days. Parking should not have been such a headache yet it was. Otherwise, the beach is very quite at this location. The unit doesn’t have beach views though and the fourth bedroom is kinda it’s own separate unit which can be nice for the couple that needs their own space. We simply wouldn’t return here because of the harassment though. Too much of a headache and seemed like there was something every other day making the vacation more stressful than it needed to be.

Everything out dated very used. The chairs would sink down ever chair the beds sink in the middle . The kitchen not clean had to wash dish and everything else before using. Bathroom on 4th floor could not us shower and toilet water run had to fix ever time you us it. The internet and tv could not us on 4th floor if tv was on 3th floor. I would not rep to any one.

The unit was in a great location, clean, comfortable, with plenty of room. We had 8 people, 6 of which stayed comfortably on the first floor. We did not notice in the listing that the upstairs bed room, bath and living area are detached with a different entrance. It worked ok with our family as we had a married daughter staying upstairs, but it would not have been convenient if we had had younger kids we had planned to stay in that area. It was convenient to go right down to the pool and out to the beach from there. We had a lovely time.

Would never stay here again
The location is great but the unit is not great but worse than that management did not respond or address issues. The first day we discovered dirty dishes in the cabinets, the vertical blinds in all rooms are missing multiple panels so dealing with sun early and no privacy. The floors were very dirty and the towels provided were so old you can see through them. After night one we woke up with bites all over to discover bugs in 2 of the 3 beds in 2 rooms. The kitchen had ants everywhere in our food. We sent photos and videos to receive no response. We finally got a return call which was apologetic and stated they would call us back with a resolution. We never received a return call. We called again, nothing. So we took matters in our own hands and got bug spray so we could sleep. Very disappointed in our annual vacation but more disappointed that the management or owner did not care enough to reach out and solve the issue and make this right. We are home now and covered in bites not good at all.

This was the second year we stayed here and have already booked for next year. Being right on the beach means no looking for parking or packing up and lugging everything to the beach. We have seen dolphins and manatees swim by. The condo has plenty of room and privacy for large families.

Bathroom rugs slide around, it would have been nice if they were skid proof. Upstairs bedroom unit smelled a little musty. Love the ocean access and access to many attractions. Plenty of room for us to spread out. TV's for everyone to enjoy. We would stay there again. Thank you for a wonderful stay for my family.

There was actual black dirt on the floor when we walked in, counters in bathrooms were dusty as all other surfaces were as well. Our kids ran around for about approximately 1 hr and their feet were black ! No extra linens or dish rag for dishes. There is a dishwasher yes but most of the dishes and pans were not dishwasher safe and there were not enough bowls and not enough silverware for the amount of guests we had. Shower walls and mirrors looked awful, But it was spacious and right on the beach. And does NOT have “beautiful ocean views “ like stated. Only view you get is on the rooftop and that’s if you hang over the cement wall to see a portion of it. Vacuums we’re never cleaned, or filters never replaces or even cleaned. Would stay there again if cleaned better!

The unit is spacious but lacks upkeep and updating. We had to call for door-walls that wouldn’t lock, broken screen, lack of hand towels, dripping faucet, two televisions that wouldn’t work and a broken washing machine. Additionally, there wasn’t anywhere to store clothing or hang wet towels and bathing suits aside from a few hangers in closets in the down stairs unit. The upstairs unit actually had a dresser but unfortunately 6 of the 9 drawers are missing handles and there isn’t a hook in the place including the bathroom. We love to hang by the pool and the pool at this unit has such limited deck space that lounge chairs aren’t permitted by code. On the positive side the management company is outstanding! They are friendly and helpful. In compensation for the numerous times (5) that we contacted them and one of us had wait around for someone, they gave us complimentary tickets to a dinner cruise. We also loved the beds and slept great. The location is amazing with beach access from the pool and close to shops and dining. Unfortunately, the cons outweigh the pros on this unit.

The property itself was pretty nice. The house was decent but there were dirty dishes in the cupboard and the bathrooms were not as clean as we would have liked. Beds were comfortable and bedding was clean. Pool area was nice and the kids had a blast in it. Beach was wonderful! I cleaned when we got there and did all the dishes and cleaned counters and fridge etc. They need more silverware.
