The apartment was very clean and comfortable and well stocked in the kitchen with all cookware and utilities that is needed for a basic meal. The location is great, close to Kew Gardens, train station and has on street parking at the weekend. There are several nice eateries all within walking distance and a lovely terrace to sit out on. The host was really nice and replied to any queries quickly.

All was perfect! Clean and comfy and lovely owner Laura was just around the corner in flower shop and was welcoming us on arrival.

The apartment was very clean and provided all the amenities were we looking for. The building is historic, so I wouldn't recommend the apartment for seniors or children as the steps are many and steep. We most enjoyed the patio in the morning and evening. Overall, the attention to detail in decorating, comfortable & quality furnishings and linens were wonderful. The ambiance and personality of the apartment were very appreciated during our time away from home.

Gorgeous flat - spotless & perfect for Kew Gardens which was why we came up!
A lot of stairs and in socks a bit slippery which wasn’t ideal for my frail 82 year old father & being used to 5 wcs at home, another toilet would have been good…..and a bigger tv!

Conveniently located near public transport and local shops. Plenty of places to dine out at. the property is beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable.
The WIFI did not work well on the top floor where two of the three bedrooms are located.

Location was excellent for Kew Gardens, and for travel into the centre of the city. Three double bedrooms, nicely furnished, and property was very comfortable to stay in. Very nice kitchen terrace for sitting in the fresh air.
We did not cook during our stay, but the property looked to include all of the equipment you would need to do so.
The Italian restaurant (Q Verde) less than a minute's walk was magnificent, and there are two very convenient small convenience shops within an easy stroll for essentials.
We came by car, and did not attempt to find a way to park on street. It looks quite restrictive as you would expect. We used the nearby Premier Inn hotel car parking which was convenient, bookable in advance, and not expensive.
Whilst the bathroom was perfectly sized and nicely decorated, there is just the one bathroom in the house. Fine for our stay, 4 people for just two nights, but bear in mind.

the shower was unusable flooding the bathroom every time and not draining away. annoying with 4 children.

Plenty of space as we got ready for our daughter’s wedding. Loved the terrace! Well placed for venue at Pembroke Lodge in Richmond Park.
A kitchen bin would have been really helpful.
