It was clear the beds had been changed but the house had not been cleaned stain on couch dirty yeah in oven cup not cleaned door in kitchen off it’s hinge

a very clean and well-kept house, you had everything you needed in the house, I didn't expect to feel like at home

The beds were comfortable and the tv was ok
The outside area was full of fag ends.
The glasses, cutlery etc were dirty.
A neighbour’s dog barked from dawn.
The bathroom floor was disgusting.
The entrance area smelt and had broken crockery to step over.
The owners were completely unconcerned.

Absolutely nothing useless place to stay. filthy apartment.
Do not bother booking this apartment. safe yourself from embarrassment and safe your money. booking.com don’t care about you, they are just after your money period.

Location was fine and the apartment is a good size. Easy booking and easy to get into the apartment on arrival.
Not enough cups and glasses for the number of people staying despite the booking stating clearly we were 3 guests. Called the supposed 'emergency' number and did not get any response whatsoever. Doors in the kitchen starting to fall off. A bit more attention to detail would make a lot of difference. Quite disappointed.

nothing in all honesty
it was dirty, the pictures were clearly taken some time ago and the place has not been kept up. this property was appalling . dirty light switches, stained settee, fridge not cleaned properly. bathroom floor damaged and marked. rusty metal stand in bathroom for toiletries. cobwebs all over the light fittings. dirty handprint on the living room floor. a cigarette filter wrapper found on the stairs. this place had not been cleaned, only clean bedding although there was a stain on one and clean towels. I took pictures of everything and had to eat out each night and morning because I refused to touch anything in the kitchen.

Great location with well stocked kitchen and white goods. 2 decent bedrooms and comfortable living space.

The property was nice, clean and near to work place.
I was in touch with Donna. She was very friendly and helpful. She was there anytime I called her.
The all property was to ourselves. The WiFi was good. It felt like home.

Quiet area, plenty of space, on street parking available
Minor inconvenience; Couldn’t fathom how to control the central heating, no sign of a thermostat? Recycling bins were already full outside. Why not move the chest of drawers in the hallway next to the electric meter?

Very comfy bed. Convenient location. Good kitchen and TV.
My knees didn't appreciate the steps, not the properties fault. Could have been better kitchen knives and bottle opener was not available

I hate being this guy but nothing. :/
Firstly the door is semi jammed so takes some effort getting into, the overall cleanliness of the property was not great, oven dirty with a tray full of grease which set smoke alarm off, glasses were dirty, ants nest in the kitchen ( photo’s to back it up ) .

Good for Parking , Beds are very Comfy . New Carpets .
Lock needs fixing on the door . Door Handles hanging off . Curtains hanging off . Stains all over the Sofa . T.v Signal is poor .
