And the lack of cleanliness... At the price of 1800 euros, it should, like the host, to offer something good.. It doesn't matter that it is old, but at least it should be clean... The rest of the location and everything is beautiful... Grocery store nearby, the beach nearby... I hope that the host will take more care ...

La casa si trova in una vietta tranquilla. Casa composta da una veranda, sala, cucina, 2 bagni e 4 camere di cui 2 comunicanti. Bellissima l'area esterna con giardino, piscina e doccia esterna, questa è stata la parte della casa che abbiamo sfruttato tantissimo. La casa è dotata di tutto è di più. Inoltre la proprietaria mette a disposizione delle biciclette per raggiungere la bellissima Pietrasanta. Vi consiglio di andare a comprare frutta e verdure da Dalia la trovate sulla strada.

Credo che metterò in conto l'idea di ritornarci, ideale per famiglie con anziani e bambini. Il mare non è raggiungibile a piedi salvo mettere in conto lunghe passeggiate. Le biciclette in dotazione sono una soluzione ma la macchina non comporta disagi di parcheggio. Da consigliare

Ein schönes Haus mit wirklich riesigem Garten und schönem sauberen und großen Pool. Der Garten lädt zum Spielen und verstecken ein. Das Haus ist ausreichend für 8 Personen, bei gutem Wetter verbringt man eh fast die ganze Zeit im Freien. Ein zimmer ist ein Durchgang zum nächsten Zimmer, wir haben dies aber nicht als störend empfunden.Die Besitzerin war jederzeit erreichbar ( wir hatten Fragen zur Mülltrennung und sie hat uns sofort geantwortet ) . Wir mussten mit unserem sohn zum Arzt und sie hat sich sofort gekümmert einen schnellstmöglichen Termin zu bekommen. An dieser Stelle noch mal ein riesiges Dankeschön dafür!! Die Gegend um Pietrasanta ist sehr schön und wir würden beim nächsten Toskanaurlaub wieder in dieses Haus kommen!

Grundstück verfügt über einen riesigen Garten mit Pool, der die Kinder zum Baden,Spielen und Rumtoben einlädt. Tolles Ferienhaus für Familien. Das Haus wird für acht Personen angepriesen. Da die Küche und der Wohnbereich klein ausfallen, würden wir darin max.6 Personen platzieren. Besonders bei Regenwetter wären die Räumlichkeiten für acht Leute zu knapp. Unsere Gastgeberin Ivana war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend ,hilfsbereit und löste Probleme,( wie eine defekte Abwaschmaschine) sofort. Wir würden jederzeit wieder da Ferien machen.

una bella villetta con un ampio, molto curato giardino alberato e fresco e una bella piscina fuori terra.Purtroppo l'ho usato poco perché sono incappato in 15 gg di tempo molto inclemente e costretto in casa ho potuto toccare i difetti più significativamente. l'interno della villetta ha dei problemi. io l'ho abitata in due e due docce contemporanee sono impossibili, per cui non capisco cosa succederà quando la villa è abitata da 8 persone, come dice l'inserzione. due camere sono legate tra di loro per cui per andare nella seconda bisogna per forza passare dalla prima. la cucina è mignon e cucinare per 8 voglio proprio vedere il tavolo per 8 in veranda, non è proprio molto "abitabile", ma potrebbe non essere un problema. i divani sono di difficile agibilità, alzarsi si fa molta fatica perché sedendosi si cade in un buco. la padrona di casa è squisitamente gentile e disponibile il luogo è tranquillo, fuori dal caos, ma in un attimo si va a Forte, o a Pietrasanta o al supermercato o al mare. noi in due ci siamo trovati bene, ma non ci tornerei più. comunque grazie per l'accoglienza
