Sie befindet sich in einer Wohnanlage mit großer Grünanlage und Gemeinschaftspool. Vom Grundstück aus führt ein Holzsteg direkt an den weißen Sandstrand. Dort begegnet man Pelikanen, Wasserläufern und Schildkröten. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft befindet sich der Jaycee Park mit öffentlichen Grillplätzen, einem Spielplatz, Volleyballfeld und dem familiengeführten "Jaycee Park Seaside Grill". Weitere Restaurants und eine Vielzahl kleiner Geschäfte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Vom Flur gehen ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und zwei Bäder mit Dusche, Badewanne und WC ab.
Strom, Wasser, WLAN, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind bereits im Preis enthalten. Hinzu kommen lediglich die Kosten für die Endreinigung in Höhe von € 85,00.

We loved sitting on the outside patio each morning watching the sunrise as we had our coffee..Then stepping right out onto the beach for a morning walk..Incredible location to enjoy all that Vero Beach has to offer.. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your condo..

Get Vero Beach Location
We love Vero Beach and this condo is a perfect location. Walking distance to downtown, right next to the boardwalk, and less than a quarter mile to the Beach Market for quick groceries. Kirsten was very responsive to our questions. We will definitely book again on our next trip if available.

Great location with a great view
The location directly on the beach can't be beat, and the view of the ocean from the balcony was great. The property was clean and convenient, and the owners were very attentive. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a true Florida beach vacation.

Perfect apartment for a beach vacation
My son and I stayed for 5 days in this apartment. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool is steps from the apartment, the beach is right in front of you. Waking up to the sounds of the ocean was soothing.
Kirsten was easy to communicate with about the rental process. I would definitely stay here again.

Seaside peace.. calm and serenity.
It’s amazing how you can be in the midst of so much going on in your life.. and find that place of stillness in your heart through nature.. it simply melts everything away and brings you in touch with what really matters.
Our stay was all we could ask for and more. We have stayed here several months and have been very impressed with the owners communication(s) & follow through on all levels. We can’t say enough about the owners and the accommodations.. as well as how thoroughly this little sabbatical has filled our life with joy.

Paradise.. during upheaval.
This was a well balanced.. beautiful.. quiet solitude.. during not only the pandemic situation we are all experiencing.. though an unexpected mandatory construction on our residence.
The owner was a pleasure to work with.. responded right away to any inquiry.. and offered good support if needed. The condo was lovely.. and equipped with all quality essentials for every day living. It was clean.. comfortable.. warm and welcoming environment. We were very satisfied.. and stayed one more month. Thank you!

My family and I stayed at Ocean Club III for the month of March. The property is delightful. The condo is decorated nicely with views of both the ocean and the pool. The beds are comfortable and all of the furnishings are very nice. The cookware is of high quality and the kitchen is well designed. The beach is wonderful and we swam laps in the pool daily. this is a very cozy and comfortable apt. Having 2 bathrooms is a plus and the kitchen appliances are in good working order. We really liked it here.

Great Location....I'm mean, seriously GREAT LOCATION!
Nice location, the photo for the listing ALMOST does it justice, but the balcony is large as are the sliders that have that same ocean view, so you can enjoy the view throughout the day. Overall, the condo has a nice location in Vero Beach, very close to the "central beach" area, close enough to walk to.
The condo had a nice set up, the kitchen had everything I needed for my stay - I cooked more than I went out for dinner, and for my needs there were plenty of utensils/pots/pans, etc.
Smart TV, Bose Stereo compatible with my Android phone, washer/dryer functioned fine.
I was very happy with my stay and wished it could have been longer!

Lovely oceanfront condo
Great location right on the beach. Quiet complex with well maintained grounds and pool area. The condo is also very well maintained with all of the amenities you would need or want...cable, wi-fi, well-stocked and updated kitchen, balcony furniture, beach chairs and toys and more.There is a building manager on-site almost daily, and the owners were always available by email before, during and after our stay. Kirsten was fantastic to work with. We would not hesitate to recommend this property. It was perfect for our stay.

Excellent Oceanfront Vacation
Our stay at this oceanfront condo was wonderful. The unit is updated and fully furnished with everything you need. The complex is small and quiet. The beach is just a few steps away. The view from the balcony is a perfect location to watch sunrise in the morning. The condo is approx a mile from downtown where you can find restaurants and shops. You can also go biking along A1A for miles. It's definitely a perfect beachfront vacation.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Vero Beach
Wir (2 Erwachsene mit unseren 3 Teenagerkindern) haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Appartment verbracht. Die Lage ist einmalig durch den direkten Zugang an den Strand. Zudem gibt es einen sehr schönen gepflegten Pool mit Liegen, wo man auch verweilen kann. Das Appartment ist gepflegt und gemütlich eingerichtet, es bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Von Vero Beach kann man viele Ausflüge machen, sei es Richtung Orlando oder nach Süden Richtung Miami. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett und komplikationslos!

Fabulous oceanfront condo!
One of the very best condos I have had the pleasure of renting in Vero Beach, Florida. So very comfortable, extremely clean and well taken care of. Great mattresses on all the beds. It was heavenly sitting on the balcony experiencing the brilliant view of the ocean! The sunrises were extraordinary coming up right in front of the unit. Quiet complex, great pool and grounds. Daily walk to the little downtown Vero on the beach and boardwalk is only 2.5 miles round trip. The unit was well stocked with everything you need during your stay. Updated kitchen and baths. I would definitely stay here again in the future!!!
