Sehr schöne Lage und Skipisten super zu erreichen
Das Bett war etwas hart/schmal, aber das sind ja eher persönliche Befindlichkeiten, die jeder anders mag.

Well presented flat . Small but with enough space for everything.
The flat was in the dependfance next door to the Nordik 22 building.
Helpful host who came within 10 mins with the keys
There was no soap or handwash and only one roll of toilet paper for a 4 night stay.
Up two levels with stairs but no lift. Not a problem for us but could be for some.
Some privicy curtains for the bedroom window would be good as it overlooks windows from the building next door

Amazing view. Room blackout shades for restful sleep. Kitchen with equipment included in the room. Access to washer. Sufficient internet to work remotely. Good location at the base of Tre Cime.
Another guest had a dog that barked at night and when left in the room. Should leave pets at home.

Everything was very good. Nice appartment with everything in it. It was warm enough. There is garage and ski depo with heating for ski shoes. We could put the ski on just across the street and ski to the ski lift Nr. 7. There is also Pick up point for ski card.

The accomodation states that SKI Lift is 950 meter distance. However, actually it is 100 meters! It is 950 m to the main Helmjet, but 100 m to Bruggerleiter (which is connected to HelmJet).
Older kitchen, you could hear the refrigerator noise from time to time.

Proximity to lift 7 that has SKI PASS QR scanner, no need to travel by car to reedem your voucher first. Also, it's connected to Helmjet gondola for access to the majority of slopes. Return by descending 41, 41c, and 7 partially, cross over to the powder, and ski to across the road of the apartment.
Overall impression of checking in and of the room. Quaint but clean and well supplied.
Peace and quiet in the evenings first two nights.
Rowdiness of some guests, either checking in late in the evening or simply disregarding the 10 pm courtesy.

Very clean and perfectly heated apartment for cold winter nights, friendly hostess. You can reach the ski areas right across the street, behind the houses, and ski to the nearest gondola.

Clean and cosy appartment on the hill with georgeous view on Dolomiti di Sesto.
Owner was nice and friendly and took care of all our wishes.

The apartment is really close to the slope, it is in distance of about 200 meters from one of the slopes. The living room is spacious and around the table can sit about 5 person for dining. It was very convenient to have cooking stove and kitchen equipment - pan, pot and plates, glasses sets with knifes, spoons and forks for 4 persons. And view fr balcony is on 3 Zinnen peak is amazing. We were really spending an hour each day after skiing in a bslcony. And there is possibility to take beers and wines from the reception. The closest supermarket is in distance 550 meters and very nice pizzeria "Martina" as well.
It is not the issue with Nordik Residence - but about surrounding dining places. So to get place in pizzeria Martina you really must to have reservation - they should implement online reservation system and open second pizzeria to fit into tourist demands.

Even though we arrived slightly before the time we announced. the host was ready for us.
We also gained access to a garage, which was very nice.
The ski shoe dryer was very welcome.
