Das Park View House ist ein Duplex: ein Obergeschoss (VRB0 98509) und ein Untergeschoss (VRBO 1342233). Bitte überprüfen Sie beide Kalender auf Verfügbarkeit. Jede Einheit bietet Platz für bis zu sechs Personen. Das ganze Haus kann gemietet werden, um größere Gruppen von bis zu 12 Personen unterzubringen. Jede Unterkunft besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern sowie einem Loft im oberen Bereich. Alle Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer sind durch den Wohnbereich getrennt, der eine außergewöhnliche Privatsphäre für die Gäste bietet. Ein Kingsize-Schlafzimmer und eine Badezimmer-Suite, ein eingebautes Captain-Doppelbett und Zwillinge auf dem Dachboden befinden sich im Obergeschoss. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein Queen-Messing-Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer, ein Zweibettzimmer und ein Badezimmer sowie ein Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich. Es hat drei Schiebetürwände in jeder Einheit mit Blick auf den Zorn Park, der von der Hauptstraße zur Bucht führt, wo es einen öffentlichen Badestrand gibt. Die Aussicht von dem Haus und seiner weitläufigen Terrasse und den oberen Balkonen ist von der historischen Sehenswürdigkeit Kirche, der Heiligen Kindheit, dem Park und der Bucht mit öffentlichem Strand. Dies ist ein fabelhafter Ort!
Das New York Restaurant und der Pier sind gleich um die Ecke. Das Haus liegt im Zentrum der Stadt, hat aber eine unglaubliche Aussicht und Privatsphäre. Nur 10 Minuten Fahrt nach Boyne Highlands und Petoskey. Eine halbe Stunde Fahrt nach Mackinaw City und Charlevoix und eineinhalb Stunden nach Traverse City. Genießen Sie die malerische Fahrt entlang des Lake Michigan nach Cross Village. Sie werden nicht von diesem Ort enttäuscht sein!

I have walked by Patricia's beautiful garden for years and was thrilled that we could stay there this summer. I loved parking the car beside the house and walking everywhere. The park, the beach, restaurants are right out your door. Also, the farmers market twice a week in steps away. The beds were comfortable, the patio was a great place to eat and entertain. Great water pressure in the showers (which I always appreciate) fresh linens and towels, washer/dryer and chairs to take to the beach ! Our host was very accommodating, lovely to talk to and very helpful. We'll be back soon!

I rarely leave an unfavorable review. But since I rent often from VRBO and rely heavily on reviews from others, I knew I had to leave one in this case.
First, the good news: The location of this rental is ideal... steps away from the main shopping/restaurant district, facing a beautiful park with a view of the beach. Aside from the early morning church bells (6am - every day!), which I'm sure can be heard from every rental and is certainly not the owner's fault, the area was very quiet and private. The home came equipped with all the amenities we would need.
The issue is the grounds, the property and the furniture have not been maintained. The garden photos must have been taken a while ago as the garden is very overgrown with weeds and perennials have been left to their own devices. The lower level apartment was not very clean (dishes, towels, sink, shower, floors). The master mattress (hard and lumpy) and sofa (cushions are shot) need to be replaced. I can't speak for the upper level.
It's too bad, as this was likely a very lovely home at one point and, with a little extra care, could be lovely again.

Classic Up North living
We’ve stayed a couple times at this property (summer and winter) amd have always enjoyed our time. You can’t beat the location with the beach on your left and the beautiful downtown just around the corner on the right. The deck is wonderful for enjoying the setting.

Nice rental - clean and tidy.
I arrived on September 14, 2018, and stayed for 4 days. I found the description of the property in the listing to be fair and accurate. All the amenities were accurately described. The view of the harbor is a little distant but still very beautiful. The property is well maintained and very neat and tidy. I would certainly rent this property again and would recommend it to family and friends. In addition, the property is located in the heart of the city. I walked to the beach and many really good restaurants. I am giving this rental a five star rating.

Perfection at The Park View Place
My friends and I loved our stay at The Park View Place in beautiful downtown Harbor Springs.
We rented the bottom unit and found it to be very clean, charming and most accommodating with wonderful views of Zorn Park and Beach. It is located in the center of town surrounded by excellent restaurants, fabulous shops, an expansive pier and the unique Lyric Theater all within walking distance.
We are looking forward to another amazing reunion at the Park View House next summer.
