The room was big and bright and the air con was fantastic - which is a big commodity on the top floor! Only a 5 minute walk to/from the bus station and ferry port, and a short walk into the heart of the Old Town center. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

The location was the best - 5 min of walking to the old city, to the city port, and to the city beach. It is on a quiet street, so there was no noise at night, while all the party and dining was right around the corner. The apartment is on the 4th floor but the property manager Dado meets you downstairs and carries your heaviest bags to the door. He is very flexible and accommodating! we were able to leave the bags the day we left, and when we came to pick them up in the evening, they were already taken downstairs for us by Dado. Dado also recommended a great city tour guide Sandra who provided an awesome private tour for our family at very short notice. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and nicely furnished, which good AC and wifi. The parking lot is right by the building if you arrive by car, and the ferry piers are very close by foot, even with the luggage you will be fine.

There is nothing we didn't like about this place, it is perfect for exploring Split or using as a hub to go around Croatia. Get one room if there are 2 of you or both rooms if you have kids or another couple.

Great stay, room was very clean and bed very comfy. Air conditioning was working well which was great as nights were still hot. Good location to the main attractions and to the beach,would definitely recommend it. The owner was very kind and helpful.

Great Location, close enough to the beach and Old Town centre! The apartment was great, and was very clean and fresh. the airconditioning was amazing! Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Split. The host was very friendly, communicative with my check in and check out times.
