Wunderschönes neu saniertes Gästehaus im Grünen und doch in der Mitte der Stadt.
Das Gästehaus liegt direkt am Englischen Garten und 5 Minuten von der U-Bahn Haltestelle Nordfriedhof in Schwabing. Mit der U-Bahn sind Sie in 6 Minuten mitten in der Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Biergärten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Gästehaus mit 50 qm hat ein Schlafzimmer für 2 Personen sowie eine voll ausgestattete offene Küche mit Spülmaschine übergehend in einen gemütlichen Wohnbereich. Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer sind mit jeweils einem Fernseher ausgestattet, ein schneller Internet Anschluss ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Im neuen Designerbad mit Dusche befinden sich Waschmaschine und Trockner. Neben dem Gästehaus befindet sich eine Terrasse im ruhigen Grünen.
Beautiful newly renovated gusthouse within lots of green but also in the middle out town. The guesthouse is located at the entrance of Munichs city park „Englischer Garten“ but only 5 minutes from the next underground stop „Nordfriedhof“. From there the U-Bahn takes you in the middle of town within 6 minutes. Shopping facilities, restaurants and beergardens are within walking distance near by. The guesthouse has one bedroom sleeping 2 people as well as a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher merging into the cosy living room space. The bedroom and living room both are equipped with TVs, fast internet is also provided. A washer and dryer are provided in new designer bathroom with shower. A stone veranda is located next tot he guesthouse in the quiet Green.

We've stayed in quite a few VRBOs. This was one of the best! Each room was nice sized, even the bathroom. Great shower too! Everything we needed was there including soap for the washing machine, plenty of TP and the kitchen was so well equipped. Having a washer/dryer was a big plus for us. The metro stop is an easy walk and there is a small market nearby. We had two great meals at Brunnwart, just a short walk away. Fantastic food and service. Karin was easy to communicate with and we loved our time there. Highly recommend this guest house for your stay in Munich!

Home was just as advertised and very comfortable. Karen was very easy to reach when we had questions. Unit was a short walk to the airport shuttle bus and sbahn. Neighborhood market was just down the block. Easy bike ride to the English Garden. After spending a few days close to Oktoberfest, this location was a nice , relaxing change. Would definitely stay here again.

You can’t say enough good things about this spacious apartment. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood. A beautiful place to come home to after a day out touring Munich or the surrounding area. Everything you need to stay a few days or a few weeks is there for your use. The property is located inside the Inner District, so you are minutes away from the Marienplatz. The property is alps nearby an entrance to the English Garden. For those of you who love walking through a lovely park with lakes and streams, it is possible to walk from the property to Odeonplatz without leaving parkland. A wonderful way to spend 1-2 hours during the day while “commuting” to the center of Munich. Two other things make this location of this property superb. It’s proximity to the U6 Bahn Station less than 20 minwalk. It’s right at that same station where you can catch the Lufthansa Bus to or from the airport It’s a non stop 20 or so minute ride to the airport. The apartment is newly renovated. It appears to be an attached addition to a house with a private entrance at the rear of the property. There’s more than enough room for two people and there’s also a nice outside eating patio off the bedroom to have your breakfast. or to enjoy a cup or tea or coffee. With the price of a nice hotel room in downtown Munich so expensive, this apartment is a great alternative.
