View was amazing.

Too much light around the roller curtains in both bed rooms. We were awake before daylight. Found the Esplande traffic too noisy. Dog lock up area is not accessed by a door. Just makes it difficult for dog to toilet when needed. Loved the view.

The location is amazing. The beach is literally as close as it looks in the photo. The linen is lovely - high loft doona, soft sheets, soft towels. Well appointed kitchen for making a light meal. Couch spacious and soft, HUGE tv. Most of the home is immaculately clean.
Upstairs is a seperate accommodation and there is not much sound barrier. Tea and coffee provisions very scant, best to take your own if you drink a lot or want variety. Just one towel per person provided, take spares if you need to dry your hair. Warning- the front curtains provide very little privacy so behave in the main room! Better to leave them open and not miss a second of that view ☀️ 🌊

Sliding door is very hard to move. Provided spray did not help.

I enjoyed the facilities including the TV options/channels, the beach view from the house, the comfortable sofa, and the spacious bedrooms. I felt extremely supported by Denise with her clear and concise instructions.
These are minor, and in my opinion, but I felt the bed was not very comfortable for me. Also, in the shower, there was no shelf space for soap.

Some days after booking we were asked to pay a bond in case of damage with the note that it would be refunded after our stay.
I queried why we were not notified as a condition of booking but heard nothing in reply. As we were there for an event where a lot of the accommodation was already booked, I felt I had no choice but to comply.
We were hardly at the accommodation as we were attending the event most days and so I thought the refund would be processed as a matter of course. It wasn’t, so I followed up with an email requesting the bond be returned. That email also went unanswered, so I am out of pocket by an extra $200.

The accomodation was exceptional. The whole family enjoyed it especially the kids. They had everything to keep them entertained in the property that includes books, CDs and board games.In summary excellent service!
