6 Schlafzimmer im Haupthaus, 3 davon Master Schlafzimmer. Haupt-Master-Schlafzimmer ist im Obergeschoss mit einem großen Balkon Innen-und Außenbereich Kamin, um Meerblick und schöne Sonnenuntergänge genießen.

Das Haus ist mit Air Play (Wifi Audio) System ausgestattet, so dass Gäste Musik von ihren Computern, iphones etc., in der Küche, Esszimmer Sitzecke und TV-Raum sowie Master-Schlafzimmer-Deck spielen können.

Küche mit Frühstückstisch, Küche kann teilweise geschlossen werden für die Gäste Gäste wählen, um Verpflegung oder persönliche Köchin zu mieten.
Unser Esszimmer ist getrennt von der Küche in einem hohen Stil Bereich mit einem Kamin und großen gemütlichen Sofas, ideal zum Entspannen nach dem Abendessen.
Snuggle bis zu einem guten Film vor dem Kamin im TV-Raum, der vom Haupthaus getrennt ist. Apple TV, Kabel, Dolby Surround System machen perfekte Home Screenings.
Ein süßes und komfortabel großes Gästehaus bietet einen ruhigen Rückzug zum Klang der Ozeanwellen hat seinen Gartenbereich zum Entspannen. Für bis zu 4 Personen, wenn die Gäste sich für ein Zustellbett entscheiden. Eine schöne Größe Bad mit Dusche und gute Größe. (Gästehaus Innenraum wurde nicht fotografiert, ist aber neu)
Ein Chill-Out-Deck wurde vor kurzem über dem Pool mit Kissen und Kissen für Sonne gefüllten faulen Tagen entworfen.

We loved our stay! This was a cozy, comfortable and well-equipped house for our family vacation. Excellent location - minutes walk to the beach! We'll want to come back again!

Booked home for family attending our daughter's college graduation and with 11-12 adults this precious ranch had plenty of room to spread out and bedrooms to spare. Dana was an absolute doll to work with and answered all of our questions quickly, as well as, being proactive with suggestions for our trip. This house looks every bit eclectic as it's pictures show and accessorized with everything you would need to host a fabulous weekend of celebrating. Thank You Dana, we look forward to staying here again for the next graduation!

This was quite literally the best renting experience i have ever had! The house and property are stunning, the host could not be nicer and was the most responsive, helper host ever! Each room and bathroom is spacious and feels like a true master. Can’t say enough good things, will definitely rent again!

Words cannot express how wonderful our stay was at Dana's home. It is beautifully appointed and so comfortable. The location is perfect and a short walk to the beach. Our family loved all of the indoor and outdoor spaces. We look forward to our next stay at the home this year. Dana, thank you so much for being an amazing host.

We absolutely loved our stay at this incredible Malibu home. Dana has exquisite taste and every room (the light fixtures OMG) was more spectacular than the next. It’s comfortable, chic and Dana was incredibly responsive and willing to do anything she could to get us whatever we needed. We had grandparents to middle schoolers together to celebrate a graduation from Pepperdine and it was the most perfect weekend. We walked to the beach (it was pretty chilly so we didn’t get in) and cycled through the canyons. Dana recommended a private chef for us (Farm to Table… Heather) and she was AMAZING as well. Thank you Dana for sharing your home with us!

This was my first time renting through VRBO and it could not have gone better.
Dana is the best!!! She was available for communication throughout our stay and made us feel very comfortable.
This was the perfect house for a group! We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and outdoor area. 11/10 recommend. We were in a safe neighborhood in Malibu with quick access to Point Dume as well as grocery stores and coffee shops.
This was the perfect home for our bridal weekend! All of the rooms are better than pictured- our guests and instagram followers were mesmerized 😍❤️ Best rental experience so far; has made me a VRBO user for life now. Thank you, Dana!

Stayed four nights with 7 adults and 4 children. Property was perfect for our gathering. Short walk to Point Dume and the beach. House had everything we needed. Even got nice enough weather one day to enjoy the pool. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful, well located property, perfect for a family get-together. The host kindly provided us with a Christmas tree to make it a perfect Christmas together.

The house was well maintained, beautiful pool and lots of outside space. Close to but not on the beach. Owner was accessible and helpful. Only suggestion: provide more coffee cups.

We enjoyed the house so much! With 11 of us. It never felt crowded. Lots of venues in the house for group hangout (pool/hot tub, picnic table area, lounge, living room, large kitchen/breakfast nook) and the bedrooms were great for private, quiet space! House is decorated with fun, bright colors! Dana is so lovely and easy to work with. Fabulous walks to the beach, food/bar, walks around the beautiful neighborhood! A wonderful retreat … we’d love to return!!

The house has so many wonderful areas to relax and lounge and have a good time with friends and family! We loved the style and felt like we were in a posh hotel but way better! Loved our visit! Close to Malibu Countyry mart and beach

We had such a wonderful stay at the SeaLion house and Dana couldn’t have been easier to work with! The house was within walking distance to Point Dume beach which is gorgeous and has bathrooms and lifeguards. There were two families with a total of 9 people. The house had plenty of room to accommodate all of us with room to spare. We were easily able to use the pool, hot tub and Sonos. We loved our time in Malibu and at the house. We hope to visit again next year and will definitely check to see if this property is available.

So, every element of this property and Dana were wonderful. The decor of the house is truly something I’d expect to see in Architectural Digest. The photo’s don’t do it justice. Not only is it beautiful but every piece of furniture is super comfy. The bathrooms seem recently redone with gorgeous mosaics and everything was sparkling clean. There were even fresh cut flowers put out. Dana genuinely cares about the experience her guests have. We felt more like a friend than a renter. Dana was readily available for recommendations whether it be for activities, dining, or creating soothing lighting in the home. We had a small issue and she handled it immediately with care. Do not hesitate to rent this property...you will not be disappointed.

Our stay exceeded all expectations. The home is perfectly decorated yet still cozy and comfortable. It is very spacious with lots of areas to hang out, an incredibly comfy couch and projector to watch movies, an office, and 6 rooms so with 10 adults working from home it was still very comfortable for everyone. The pools is awesome and gated which was perfect for our toddler and you can watch the sun set over the ocean from the master deck. The walk to the beach pretty easy for Malibu standards, about 3 blocks then down a trail. Dana was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and gave lots of great tips. We just had the best time.

Our family gathered here from all over California to get some much needed together time. The house was spacious and very comfortable. We bbq’d and swam daily to beat the heat and enjoyed a spirited ping- pong tournament. The yard is very private and lush. The proximity / beach access wasn’t great for the elder members of the family, but there are several great beaches a short drive away.

Everything about this property was perfect. We stayed for 10 days with our family of 6 (4 adult children) plus 2 significant others. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house is beautiful, comfortable, has everything you could need (and we were cooking at home) and well located. When we arrived there were fresh flowers in almost every room! Dana was a pleasure to deal with...and was always available when we had questions. We can't wait to come back again.

House was terrific for our family of 5. Great location on Point Dume and within walking distance of great hiking, beach, shopping and other amenities. Very quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood. House is large with lots of rooms and great pool and spa. Dana was extremely polite and helpful during check in and throughout our stay. A super host. We definitely plan to come again.

We had the most magical, incredible stay at Dana’s GORGEOUS home. She thought of everything, the house was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The proximity to the beach (less than a block) was too good to be true but you don’t even need to leave the house to enjoy the beautiful pool & hot tub, ocean views, cozy lounge areas inside & out - we could go on and on!!! We can’t wait for a return visit to this heaven on earth oasis thank you Dana for EVERYTHING !
