Beautiful house, incredibly kind and helpful host. The house is very clean and very well equipped. I really recommend this place, both for long and for short periods.

Nothing much really, bit close to the road - although not a busy road.

Zacharias, the owner could not have done more to help. He collected us from the airport without charge and took us to the port as we left to catch the ferry. He phoned the ferry company company for us when there was doubt whether the ferry would run and offered to help if we were stuck in Mastachari.

The owner met us in the airport and drove to the place. The place is perfectly located: just 100 meters from the beaches and from various tavernas and small shops. A big supermarket is 5 minutes walk from the house. The house is big and comfortable. There are 3 conditioners (one in each sleeping room and one in the corridor). You'll find everything you need in the kitchen: microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine (with filters, not a "nespresso" type), big fridge, washing machine. The owner answers all question and can help you to rent a car. You can reach the owner at any point of time! Cleaning lady is coming every 3rd day to change the towels, lines and to clean the house. There are 2 loggias. One loggia has a big table , so you can have a meal outside. The second loggia has a swing ;) There is a bus connection with Kos (town), airport, aquapark, etc. We tried all tavernas around and the best one for us was Akrogiali (traditional Greek taverna with great food and perfect service). There are many cats around the village and some of them are coming to the house. We were feeding them :) Note. There are no car with automatic transmission to rent in Mastichary but you can easily rent it in the airport or in Kos (town).

There were no shower gel and shampoo in the house. There are ants in the house. The owner brought anti-ants spray but ants were coming back :(

Excellent location, near the bars, restaurants, shops and the bus-stop and port. Beach view. Owner was friendly, useful and are always available to communicate.
