We were a group of 4. Very good location, 20 minutes walking from the center, good access to public transportation, we love the apartment, we had an small garden, It has all the kitchen utensils. The owner super kind and friendly with us. For sure we will come back in the future

It was a great location, walking distance from everywhere, but out of the crowded tourist areas.
I didn’t use the TV, but I wondered why it was in the kitchen rather than the bedroom area where it would be more comfortable to watch it.

A lovely clean comfortable apartment with a private patio in a peaceful residential area just a short walk from the city centre. There are several nice cafes, enotecas and restaurants nearby. Francesco was very welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

THE DISADVANTAGE FOR THIS APARTMENT IS THE LOCATION FAR FROM ANY SIGHT SEEING LOCATIONS. ONE ADVANTAGE IS THERE ARE A COUPLE OF GREAT RESTAURANTS WHICH WERE RECOMMENDED BY THE OWNER.
WE HAVE 3 PERSONS BUT THE BEDDING PREPARATION IS ONLY GOOD FOR 2. NO COVER FOR THE 3RD PERSON WHO SLEPT ON THE SOFA BED.

The apartment was cosy, with enough space to accommodate our group. There was a small terrace with a table and chairs, we didn’t use it much but still it was nice to have such an option. the host was very nice and welcoming. we liked the location, not right in the center but still close enough to the bars and nice pattiserie.
Apart from the table in the terrace there was no place to eat comfortably with a little child or share take out meal. it wasn’t a big problem for us but may seem important to other groups so I mention it here :)

We had a wonderful stay in Casa Deva. It is a comfy apartment in a nice amd quiet neighbourhood. Francesco is very helpful and foresaw a nice parking place for a full week.. We walked to Florence and drove to many other places in Tuscany.. All easily. Just perfect!

Nice big apartment just behind piazza della libertà. Internet super fast, all rooms very clean, kitchen fully equipped, 2 bathrooms and even a small internal garden. Just perfect both for business trips or for exploring Florence

It was a very nice house, very clean, very comfortable, it had a fully equipped kitchen, two nice and comfortable bedrooms, it was very convenient that it had two bathrooms, in a great location next to the center of Florence, the owner very cooperative and polite throughout Our stay, provided us with a parking space, welcomed us with cookies, candy and milk for the children, Excellent choice for families, we traveled with 3 children, we were very satisfied.

Super friendly host. A washing machine is available as well. It's great that he provided us with access to a nearby parking house-- otherwise it would have been a nightmare to park in this part of the city.
Small local shops and a secret pizza place only for locals nearby.
Some of the selective garbage containers on the street were difficult to figure out.

Casa Deva is a really lovely apartment. It is spacious, very clean, there was everything you needed in the kitchen up to some basics like olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt, sugar, coffee and even milk was provided.
The apartment is quiet though it is near the city. You walk about twenty minutes to reach the center.
Francesco was very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would consider to come back if we visit Florence another time.
There was the tourist tax to be payed which was not communicated in the information at booking.

The accommodation was nice, clean and new. The bed creaked a bit but otherwise everything was fine, I recommend. Close to the center, about 300m. Car parked in a parking house nearby, about 150m.

We loved that the hosts allowed us to bring our emotional support dogs, check in early and the home was BEAUTIFUL. It fit our family of 6 easy. The host was so sweet and spoke great English! The location was great. Everything was within walking distance. Couldn't have asked for a better stay, location, host, or home!
