could do with new sun beds as they are so out dated! and hotel could do with a bit Sprucing up !

Pool was excellent,apartment has plenty space and a good size terrace.

Location is great with kids, quiet but you have a fantastic bus service just outside the hotel and you can get around easily.

very old fashioned. needs updating and we were very cold. heating wasn’t up to the job. glad we bought our own blankets.

Access. Location. Not advised that restaurant would be closed all during our stay. Access very bad for people with mobility problems. Safety issues a concern in the apartment. Boiler hanging off wall. Overloaded sockets.

The pool area was nice, but needs a reform. The balcony was nice, including the views. We could leave our car in the indoor parking.

The place is very outdated, including the facilities in the room as well as the whole complex.

We stayed in Festival Apartments and had absolutely no issues with the property. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating and were available if you needed anything.

A bit out of Salou, closer to La Pineda but there’s a bus stop right outside the door. You can also get a bus card which works out cheaper at the La Plana shops

The staff … no kids club .. every thing was closed !! No ppl there ! Old appartments … blocked bathroom sink … the list goes on and Lynsey the manager had an attitude on her everyday !

The prosperity for the price was Good and clean, even tho they have half Of their staff so was good

The lack of internet was extremely slow I went for work + brought my family with me for them to enjoy So if you are going for just holidays is very good place But if you go for work I wouldn’t recommend you and the internet is extremely slow

Loved everything else staff, food and cleaniness of place but apartment was esp amazing was so big and comfortable we had place to ourselves on some days which kids loved as they were never out of the pool

Very Poor selection of drinks couldn't even have a cocktail by the pool and its a little out of the way had to get bus or taxi everywhere and a taxi that was called by the hotel would put 2 charges on meter so was €12 before leaving the hotel whereas if u got a taxi back from Salou it was ónly €7.80

Every guests are without masks and didn’t have desinfectant

People who are working there are very kind and helpful. They helped us to make an appointment for a COVID test at a local clinic so we could return home.

I guess, you need to understand what you are ordering. In my case I made wrong expectations what this is a hotel, but it is not. It is apartments! Room was clean, but sheets and blankets were with some stains. We had a kitchen. Conditioning was working all the time, it only was possible to change temperature but not turn it off. Not super critical, but just all seemed so old and used, that overall impressions was not good. Swimming pool was OK, kid enjoyed it. Location I guess also is OK, a lot of beaches and shops near. But we took a lot of taxi to Salou and back, in each direction 10-12 EUR, to walk around and see attractions.
