Front desk staff was very friendly, especially with our two young children. Breakfast was smaller than a normal hotel breakfast and beds weren't the comfiest Hampton/Hilton beds I've ever slept on. But overall a great stay, there is a diner close by and the hotel is behind a Wawa so anyone traveling with kids has easy access to snacks and drinks. Hotel also offers snacks and drives, but we used Wawa.
The beds could have been comfier and a little bit more of a variety for breakfast

The staff were exceptional! They were warm, friendly, welcoming, and caring. I've not experienced this level of real concern for guests at other hotels. Many of the people who stay there are seeking treatment at Johns Hopkins Hospital -- as were we. I wonder if this has cultivated and attracted and certain kind of caring worker. All I can say is we were highly impressed and intend to stay there every time we need to visit the hospital. The breakfast was also generous and had a wonderful variety.
They were having trouble with their internet connection while we were there and we had to go to a local diner to get online.
