La piscine et aménagement de l'appartement, le fait d'être à proximité d'un grand centre commercial avec des restaurants et proximité d'un seven eleven

L'emplacement, appart le grand centre commercial qui depanne vous êtes loin de tout si vous n'avez pas de voiture ou scooter. Nous avons eu un problème de WiFi régler au bout de 2 jours sur 5 sur place.la carte pour accéder à l'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas bien

Not much, no toilet paper or soap, everything was broken

Beautiful swimming pool, nice gym and near central big shopping mall.

The room is super clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with all utensils, an electric kettle, a microwave, a big fridge, and electric stove. The host was very friendly and helpful. I really had a good vacation.

There was no bathroom amenity. It might have been stated somewhere in the description, but I missed it. However, judging from the cleanliness of the room, and the easiness to buy those stuffs, this was neglegible.

The facility is close to a huge and I mean HUGE mall with everything in it and grocery stores in the mall as well as nearby. The pool is amazing and never busy so wonderful aspect to this stay. The king size bed was extremely comfortable.

Well check in and out we’re a hassle. They say they have a paid airport shuttle but when you contact them they don’t respond for a couple of days then tell you to get your taxi at the airport and have taxi call them but that was only for directions. We were greeted by a lady who rushed us through the elevator protocol and the apartment and then left. It’s described as a luxury apt however it wasn’t super clean. Let me explain: the kitchen walls had oil stains on the walls, the stove was somewhat clean, the shower was not clean grime in all corners and on door track, the couch was dirty with stains. They provided 2 towels so I reached out and asked if there were pool towels to be used and was told we gave you 2 towels. Therefore throughout our stay we had to do laundry to wash our clothes but also the shower/pool towels. check out was a complete hassle times stated from 10am until 8 pm. The owner reached out to us a couple of days before check out to see what time we would like I said 1 pm. the day of she sends me a message stating someone will be coming to apt to check it out at noon. No one came so I then asked where to leave elevator pass and keys and she said I will send someone now. Overall it was ok rated 7/10 but would not recommend to my family and friends

Location right next to the central mall, many places to eat and shop, also Big C was a short walk also enjoyed our stay.

Liked the shower, close to big mall, quiet residential area

Condo staff wasn't expecting us. Unclear communication that no one was there to greet us or check us in and when we called the number, host was brief and hung up. They came 20 minutes later. Had to give a $1000 baht deposit which we didn't know about. Stained couch and less than one roll of toilet paper for three nights. We decided to check out early and had to wait 30 minutes to get our deposit back, fortunately we weren't having to wait to go to airport. Taxi staff were unfamiliar with this location being a hotel, and if you wanted to do tourist things needed to pay for taxi Everytime.
