Extra luxury in the heart of the historic center of Rome
Unsere Luxuswohnung liegt im historischen Zentrum von Rom, nur 100 Meter von der Spanischen Treppe und dem Trevi-Brunnen entfernt. Die Wohnung ist 100 Quadratmeter groß und besteht aus einer Küche, einem Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich, zwei Schlafzimmern und einem großen, 10 Quadratmeter großen Badezimmer mit einer Dusche mit „Emotional Waterfall“. Es wurde mit edlen Materialien renoviert, verfügt über Parkettböden, originale Decken mit sichtbaren Holzbalken und LED-Beleuchtung in der gesamten Wohnung. Es befindet sich im dritten Stock ohne Aufzug und ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet: Heizung, Klimaanlage, Internetanschluss, 3 50-Zoll-Fernseher, Safe, Willkommensset und Föhn, Handtücher und Bettwäsche sowie Küchenausstattung, Wasserkocher, Nespresso-Maschine und Stereoanlage mit Kabelanschluss im gesamten Apartment.
Auf Anfrage kann der Rücktransfer zum Flughafen organisiert werden (nicht im Preis inbegriffen).
Die Kurtaxe beträgt 6 Euro pro Person und Nacht und muss bei Ankunft in bar bezahlt werden.
Bei einem Check-in nach 22 Uhr wird ein Aufpreis von 25 Euro fällig, der bei Ankunft in bar zu entrichten ist.

We enojoyed our stay in Rome and found the apartment to be exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the city. One of our favorite aspects of the apartment was its unique character. The furnishings, decor and fun lighting features-especially in the bathroom-gave it a distinctive personality and made it feel like a true Roman apartment.The apartment was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great home base for experiencing Rome and exploring the city's many attractions.

The property host (Joey) was great and very responsive. He met us at the property, allowed us in early at no extra charge and helped us with our bags. The property was in a great central location, clean and had everything we needed after a long day of touring, including ice cold air conditioning. We were around the corner from the Spanish steps, parking and shopping areas. We would book this property again.

We just left Rome, and our stay was delightful! Joey was there to meet us upon arrival. He was so kind and helpful. He even helped us carry our luggage up to the apartment. The apartment was beautiful, just like the photos. Very spacious rooms, and a large main living room/kitchen area. The bathroom was so modern and large. Had all the amenities we needed. Was very close to everything we did. Had restaurants close and a parking garage near by. Both of the bedrooms had their own a/c unit, tv and wardrobe unit. They also had a nice makeup vanity to get ready wirh.We would definitely recommend this place to others.

For the most part, the property was everything listed. Except we were promised an air conditioned apartment. Upon arrival, the manager told me that the air-conditioning in the bedrooms didn’t work. He also said he had set the air conditioning in the family room for us, but that didn’t work either. The property is beautiful, but remember everybody as they state it is on the third floor, which in the United States means the fourth floor. Carrying luggage up and down can be rough, but we knew what we were getting into there. It’s also very well appointed and Clean. The host was also very nice except again. We paid for a fully air-conditioned hotel in the middle of Rome and did not get it.
