The hotel was excellent, comfortable, and clean. Plus, it is central for the beach and the bars and restaurants. Gianluca was helpful and spoke good English. The kitchen facilities and what was on hand was fantastic and added to our staay.

I wish I had known it was on the third floor. We managed but it was a challenge

The property was perfect. The care taken in decorating and making the guests feel at home was perfect. The extra little touches like drinks in the fridge were really appreciated. Perfect location to the beach and close to the city centre. would definitely recommend to all our friends and when we come back to Crotone we will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable little room with a lovely sea view.

There was a lot of street noise from the 2 bars below. Even with the windows shut and the AC turned on, it was difficult to sleep with the noise so loud. There is one shared bathroom for the floor. It wasn't an issue for me during my stay because I was the only person on the floor, but it could have been.

Gianlucca was a very good host he contacted us to check that we were ok and if we needed anything. Breakfast was a croissant and coffee from a pattiserie nearby or fruit / yoghurts cakes etc provided in the well equipped kitchen. Great location to beach and amenities I would recommend a visit !

There’s a bar opposite that plays loud music some nights although it was not too big a problem to us . It’s wiite a lovely resort so I presume noise is expected so close to promenade and beach . It would not deter us from visiting again 😀
