A lovely property just outside of Sterling. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. The hosts were very nice and provide a great service. We enjoyed the peacocks, ducks and chickens in the yard.

Size and amenities in the room. The best of any stay during our Scotland trip

Quiet country location. Comfortable room. Good breakfast.

The hosts were lovely and not intrusive. As soon as you enter the driveway you feel relaxed. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Peacocks, chooks, geese and fish added charm. The room, upstairs, was large and bright with lovely views of grounds and surrounding farmland. Our room had a large private bathroom with a bath and separate shower. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious enough to have a seating area. Tea/coffee facilities available in each room with a small fridge. There was also a safe available if needed. Breakfast was lovely fresh with plenty to choose from. We stayed 2 nights and would have liked to stay for more.
