We liked the area for golf and it was close to shopping and Costco. The time of year may be the cause but we hardly sat outside or use the pool they were in the shade a lot. But the hot tub was nice after a long day on the course. There was a dog next door that liked to bark when golfers came through or we were outside and he could hear us. My husband enjoyed the Direct TV to watch the World Jr hockey tournament. Paul the host was right on it when we found out the dryer wasn't heating up. Thanks for a great stay.

Summer vacation
After three years of not being able to travel due to Covid my wife and I were really looking forward to a holiday in Palm Springs.
We were not disappointed and our choice of house rental couldn’t have been better.
There is everything you need at Paul’s place and I mean everything.
Check in is so easy and stress free.
We felt so relaxed for the whole month we rented.
There’s also a nice welcome gift awaiting you when you arrive.

A wonderful home away from home!
We rented this beautiful home for a month and could not have been happier. The house itself has a spacious layout, the furnishings are new and comfortable, and the decor is lovely. The kitchen is updated and extremely well stocked with everything we needed.
The location was convenient--close to El Paseo, College of the Desert, and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden.
Extras abound--the wonderful pool and spa, billards, bicycles, books and games, a stationary bike for exercise, and even bocce ball out on the golf course after the golfers have vacated.
Add to that the extremely nice and responsive owners, and you have the perfect home away from home!

SECOND VISIT JUST AS WONDERFUL AS THE FIRST
We thoroughly enjoyed our second time staying at Paul's house for a month. It was just as wonderful as the first. The property is a peaceful oasis in a central location, just minutes from whatever you need or want. Paul takes great care of the property and keeps it well stocked with whatever guests might need. With beautiful poolside, mountain and golf course views, plus comfortable beds, there is little reason to venture abroad. Looking forward to a third stay.

This was our 3rd stay at the property and as always the experience was fantastic. The home is close to all amenities, it's comfortable, homey and has everything you need to enjoy your time off. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and cares about the small details that make the difference between just average vs fantastic.

We had a great stay. Even though it was Uber hot in Palm Dessert, having a pool made all the difference.
The rooms were comfortable and bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries.
My kids didn't want to leave at the end and that says alot.

The home has everything you needWe are golfers and we enjoyed the golf course being in the backyard and it’s very close to the higher and expensive courses that we played a couple times also. The hot tub and pool were very enjoyable and the neighborhood is very quiet. The beds are very comfortable and they furnishA lot of the necessities like shampoo soap towels and other hygiene products so you do not have to go out and purchase any. The television system and fire place were very enjoyable also. Great for a family of four or six people

Little get away
Great home for a little get away with friends and family. Private pool that is clean and Paul even has pool floaties to use if you dont bring any. Patio is peaceful for a morning cup of coffee to just start off the day. Wonderful place to stay. Would stay here again and recommend to others. Thanks for the great experience.

Beautiful Home!
I would definitely recommend this home and would stay there again. It was very clean and comfortable. All rooms, bathrooms and kitchen are updated. All amenities were available. The owner was available for any issue that came up (super minor shower issue that was resolved in less than 10 minutes). The pool is beautiful and very private. The view of the golf course was so beautiful. Definitely a 5 star!!

Amazing house and amenities
Paul's house was an amazing getaway with all the amenities you could want and more. Generally I find vacation homes will have cups/plates/etc, but not some of the essential necessities like butter/oil/etc. He had everything! Ziplocks, foil, etc. This was a great plus. Also the bathrooms were extremely well stocked with nice shampoos and soaps. His outside space was absolutely amazing! My friends and I would definitely come back and stay here again if we were in the area.
Also - Paul is super communicative and wants to make sure you have a great time. Unfortunately with both working and doing an MBA, I was rather sparse on communication but he was always there to answer within hours.

Amazing home!
Where do I begin? This house is amazing, the owners have thought of everything in stocking their home! This was our 3rd winter in Palm Desert, and the best rental we have had by far!
From pool toys to makeup mirrors for us ladies! Pool towels, speaker outside to listen to music, comfy patio furniture to sit and watch the golfers!
The beds were also very comfy, which isn’t usually true with rentals.
We arrived to this very clean home, and what do we find, a gift! We had no issues during our 2 months, except a little blip with the Direct Tv, which Paul had fixed immediately! The owners really take care of the house!
Our 2 months was fantastic, and so excited to be returning next year! Within arriving this year, we knew the first week we wanted to return next year and contacted Paul immediately!
If you are travelling to the area, this would be a great home for your vacation. It has absolutely everything you need!

What a wonderful house!
This property is truly a perfect place to get away. It has everything. The rooms are spacious; bed linens are perfect; bathrooms are spotless. The kitchen wonderfully equipped. Wow Wow Wow!! Amazing!!!
I don't know where to start describing how beautiful this house is! We stayed here for a week over thanksgiving with our family and it was so lovely. The home is in a great area with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. The best feature was the salt water pool and hot tub in the front, and the golf course view from the back patio. This allowed us to relax in separate areas, perfect for families and groups. The morning and afternoon sun is great for the pool area! Also, the hosts have thought of literally everything!! I have rented houses where there is only one roll of toilet paper..not the case here. Directions for everything are very clear and the house is well stocked!! For instance, I almost purchased inflatables for the pool then we arrived and they had lovely ones! Along with noodles and an air compressor. Just very thoughtful details. Next, the beds, pillows and bedding were very comfortable. This is so important when you are on vacation and helped us get a good night's rest! The salt water pool was great because we never felt sticky or smelled chemicals while relaxing in the pool - it made all the difference. The house is just overall lovely, clean and with high-end finishes. We will definitely rent it again!

Home sweet home!
This was a beautiful accommodation. Everything was completely stocked from shampoo and conditioner to laundry detergent, board games, and kitchen wares. A real home away from home. The owner touched base with us part way through our stay to check in and see if we had everything we needed. Note: the patio off the living room provided us with comfortable seating for 6 in shad ALL day! We lived in this space when we were at the house. It was entertaining to watch the golfers play. (We were facing the 10th hole on the Palm Desert Country Club course.) The gas fireplace added a nice touch when the night cooled down. The pool which has sun most of the day (we used the umbrella provided to give a little shade) was a great place for sunbathing and swimming. We also enjoyed the hot tub at night by the pool. The pool area was very private (not like some others with pools facing the golf course fairway.). Note: the bedrooms are carpeted with tile in the rest of the house. Thanks again Paul!

Perfect family getaway!
When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised, the pictures didn’t do the house justice. Loved the location right on the golf course. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. The home is super clean and the back patio is amazing. It was peaceful and quiet yet just a 20 minute drive to the things we wanted to do. They even had a pool table. The front yard saltwater pool and spa are wonderful. The beds are super comfortable. We will definitely want to stay again in the future. Great value for money, so much space! I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing house & fantastic experience
Really enjoyed staying at this great house! It definitely had a welcoming, home vibe - which I loved. It was simply perfect for our quick weekend getaway. The view of the golf course and outdoor sitting areas were great for lounging with our morning coffee or after dinner aperitif. And the pool couldn't have been better! It is located on the side/front of the house (gated of course), which gets great sun exposure during the day, but begins to become shaded in the late afternoon giving you a break from the desert sun. House details and instructions were all easy to follow and nothing else was needed. We will definitely be back again - thank you!!

Quiet weekend in a beautiful home!
Paul’s home is so beautiful! My family and I stayed for the weekend and enjoyed this home like it was our own. The decor is so cozy and the amenities were more than we could ask for. We left feeling totally refreshed after lounging in the salt water pool in 113 degree heat! His ac was working wonderfully. The home kept us cool and comfy! Thanks again!!

Great Home to unwind and enjoy the private Pool
My family and I enjoyed a great weekend at Paul’s desert home, from the private salt water pool and spa, to the updated immaculate interior decor which allows one to feel as comfortable as if you were in your own house and even enjoyed the championship golf course in their back yard. Paul’s hospitality is off the charts. The welcome bottle of wine and sleeve of golf balls shows the attention to detail of what his customers are looking for. We will definitely be coming back again and again to enjoy his wonderful escape destination.

Upon arriving at the property the property manager, Al was trimming roses, bringing in the trash cans and washing down the outdoor furniture which had very comfy Sunbrella cushions. The pool man, Fernando arrived later, (he's cleans twice a week) and explained how the control panel in the kitchen worked and we were delighted in the overall comfort of the grounds. We spent time at the fire pit,(the owner had a welcome book detailing how everything functioned), grilled on the patio overlooking the golf course and put incredible meals on the table from the granite and tiled kitchen. All the appliances performed as expected and the stock of spices, oils and utensils were outstanding.Never have I experienced such generous toiletries. It felt like we was truly living in a home. The owner text to make sure we were enjoying ourselves.The layout of the house was ideal and with the abundance of space we could spread out to read, sit in front of the living room fireplace to watch TV or take an evening dip in the pool without crowding each other. There was an Albertson's grocery nearby to dash to last minute. I stay several times a year through VRBO or a similar company and this house scored a perfect 10! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

You never really know what the house is like until you see it the pictures look nice, but sometimes the picture are better than the house. This was NOT the case with this house. Everything was as advertised. We loved the pool and hot tub, and enjoyed sitting in the back with the view of the golf course and mountains. We were there for Desert Trip in Indio. We found a few restaurants we liked close by. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

This vacation property was perfect. The location very central. Beautiful view of the golf course (although not open during our stay) from one side of the house and hot tub and sauna on the other. The house beautiful and equipped with everything necessary for a nice stay. Appreciated that all the basic necessities where provided so didn't need to make a trip to the store when first arriving. The garage equipped with pool table, bikes, pool lounges., etc. The pool and sauna in top condition and easy to control. Had an issue with the TV's but the owner sent someone over to help out with that as soon as possible. One recommendation would be to have all the outdoor areas and patio furniture cleaned before the guests arriving. All the couples in our party were impressed and definitely agreed that we would return again to beautiful Palm Springs and rent this house.

Just returned from an amazing fortnight stay in Palm Desert. Accommodation was perfect and simply everything needed (and more) was provided including golf clubs and bicycles (one of which had an automatic gearbox!).
The Heuvels do think of everything.

Our family stayed at Paul's home in Palm Desert for Fathers Day Weekend. It could not have been better. Lovely golf course view on one side and a very private pool and spa in the courtyard. Every room was nicely appointed. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need as well as plenty of condiments and spices. Bathrooms the same. Toothpaste, shaving cream, shampoo, conditioner etc!
