Excellent location! Clean and spacious apartment right in the center of everything. Free parking right outside on the piazza parking. I mention some negatives but the general impression was very positive
No toilet paper available🙄. Also there was no soap in the dispensers for the basin/bathroom. The sofa bed is big but very uncomfortable. The kids used it so it was ok due to their weight, but for grown-ups is unsuitable. Also, the air-conditioning was not working properly. It did not cool the rooms as expected, which was a bit unpleasant because of the really hot weather during our stay.

The location was great - right in the town of Peschiera del Garda. We could see the Piazza Ferdinando di Savoia from the hall windows, and a small part of the Voltoni Bridge. The bedroom window looks directly into the piazza.
Apartment is spacious and very clean. Living room and kitchen is airy and well ventilated with plenty of windows. The bedroom was comfortable, towels are freshly laundered and the bed is clean and firm. The kitchen is clean and well equipped.
Appreciate the various bins they have for recycling. They were not clear where the bins were - half of them were under the sink whereas the other half were in the misc cupboard near the bathroom.
Bathroom is spacious and very clean. Modern fixings and bright.
We appreciate the free parking from the host. The car is in right in front of the large parking lot next to the piazza. It is not fixed and open air, but it is better than paid parking.
Not the fault of the hosts - the location of the apartment is directly above the restaurant (Raffilu) - therefore expect fried cooking smells during certain times of the day. Also expect a lot of cigarette smoke from smokers below at random too. It is a shame because the windows led in a lot of light and air into the apartment.
When it rains it is a challenge to get to the car without getting wet if you have luggage bags.

The location is just perfect, with the included parking space. The apartment is very tasteful and had the best supplied kitchen ever! We didn’t intend to cook, but we just had to... I would everybody recommend staying in this apartment. We were 3 people and it was good. For two it’s perfect, for 4 it’s also good. Giulia was very helpful in everything. So she takes very good care of her clients, if needed.

Perfect Location in the middle of the city, very nice & good equipped flat.
Clear instructions, no problems, nothing missed! Very good was the code entering as you do not need a key with you and all family members can enter the appartment whenever they want.

Great host Julia! She has given us as much helpful information as we needed. In the house there is an elevator . The apartment is on the 1st floor with the windows on the main square where you can find main church of the city, several cafes, some shops and even a restaurant on the ground floor where u can go wearing your home slippers! The restaurant is nice but not very cheap. The apartment has a wonderful design with all the small details which made it a real home for us. Also the kitchen has all the supplies what u desire from kitchen machine to dish washer and even some salt, pepper, oil and pasta. Great floors for babies who cant walk still as it is warm floors. Also Julia gave us a residential parking note so we could park in front of the apartment for free. Behind the house these is an embankment where u can meet some ducks which are keen to get your attention and food. It is just 20-30 mins to drive from Verona airport. As for our family it was absolutely comfortable and warm place and we would love to come back for a longer stay.
