The roof of the villa is great - view is excellent and the hot tub is so much fun! Location is great - close to many things but not really far from Tel Aviv. Staff is nice, and the price is really good.When we had a problem it was solved right away, and it is very appreciated. Rooms are big and comfortable.

The beds were not comfortable, and the house itself had many imperfections. You are not allowed to use the BBQ on Saturday, which isn't written in the description of the place and we did not get a notice about that before we arrived, which was really disappointing. Although check-in was listed 15, it wasn't fully ready untill later than 16.

we were 15, and accommodation was too crowded, as well as 2 barrooms for all.

Very clean and comfortable. The owner did anything possible to make our stay enjoyable. The roof terrace with the hot tab and pool rable was a hit ! Recommended for families.
