1. 等把小孩哄睡後要泡澡時錯愕的發現浴缸上有很多滴血漬⋯ 因為小孩已睡不想再找人員來清潔，所以只好自己擦拭消毒，但邊擦邊聞到血味蠻噁的，退房時有反應。 2. 蒸氣室有蠻多發霉的痕跡，所以做蒸氣浴時墊了厚厚的浴巾。 3. 早餐跟很多人說的一樣⋯幾乎都是菜，找不到幾個肉😂

Both facilities and service is really great and there are plenty of activities offered. Rooms are spacious. The outdoor pool area is fantastic and they have a drink bar in direct conjunction which we seldom have seen in Taiwan - awesome!

They charge top dollar while providing very little. NTD50000 for three nights (Sun-Tue) and the place doesn’t even have a sauna. Terrible breakfast. Overall, 3 stars at a steep 5-star price.

bed size was good but pillows were not comfortable at all, i had requested to house keeping and front office for flat or small pillow because the pillows were provided to high and not able to sleep properly for both both night and had to take painkiller. we had roomservice order salmon steak that had very bad smell which we could't eat 2 bites. overall stay was good but they should keep or carry extra different types of pillows because some customers need such things.

Current Management team and services extremely warm and nice. The only missing piece is the swiftness and smoothness post Millennium (separation) management era, things got “localized” quite a bit. Decoration too tacky and unnecessary. Can see they are trying though.

Highly recommend picking the bigger suite - Geranium Sky & above levels - where you can feel the difference of a “retreat resort” v.s. a normal hotel room. Even Lavender Cabana is no guarantee of a worth-the-penny suite type. Higher level suite in reality matches better on website pictures which comes with Woa factor.
