Das Casa Tres Palmas befindet sich in der Gemeinde Pajaro Azul. Es ist ein bescheidener und doch geräumiger Rückzugsort in einer üppigen Gartenlandschaft. Das Haus bietet Platz für 4 bis 6 Personen (2 Schlafzimmer mit separater Klimaanlage, 1 King-Size-Bett, 1 Queen-Size-Bett, Futon im Wohnzimmer und 2 geräumige Badezimmer mit geräumigen Duschbereichen aus Glasbausteinen). Die Wohn-Ess-Küche ist ein großer offener Bereich mit vielen großen Fenstern, Mandelholzkathedralendecke, Klimaanlage, Deckenventilatoren und dramatischer Beleuchtung. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine / Trockner, viele Schränke und einen Safe. Weitere Annehmlichkeiten sind TV / Kabel / DVD-Player in den Schlafzimmern, Stereo / CD, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr, Bettwäsche und Reinigungsservice. Draußen gibt es einen 12x15 Pool und einen überdachten Essbereich im Freien mit Gasgrill vom Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf die Berge. Der sachkundige Manager hilft Ihnen gerne bei der Organisation von Flughafentransfers, Ausflügen und Restaurantempfehlungen.
Großartige Lage: Dies ist eine sehr günstige Lage, da es direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt, weniger als 1,6 km von Quepos entfernt und eine 15-minütige Taxifahrt vom Pendlerflughafen entfernt. Es gibt auch eine Bushaltestelle am Ende der Auffahrt und einfachen Zugang zu den gängigen Taxis zu den nahe gelegenen Restaurants, Geschäften und dem Strand.

The place was great and the property manager was very responsive and had great suggestions on activities, restaurants , etc. The property manager uses WhatsApp to communicate. My only suggestion would be to get that information ahead of time from the owner so that you can start communication early like how to get in and specific directions to the exact unit. There is grocery store a few kms away to stock up on food. The pool was clean, the beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It was easy to control the temperature with air condition/fans. There is full capacity washer and dryer and lines to hang clothes. Overall- highly recommended!

3 Palmas was the perfect Costa Rican villa! Close to everything in Manuel Antonio and very comfortable. Cold AC and great pool for afternoon cool offs. Michael was a very attentive and helpful host! He even allowed for a late checkout without issue. We would definitely stay here again!

Casa 3 Palmas was a great place to stay, as it was close to everything. The home was very comfortable, spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to make some meals at home. Our hosts were wonderful. They were actually onsite to check us in, and went over the property with us. Communication was A, and they also assisted us with activities to do and offered some great advice about the Manuel Antonio area.

I was under the impression that when you rent a house (just like a hotel room), the space is yours and that no body should just come in and do whatever without your knowledge.
One of the property managers showed up on Saturday morning without letting us know that he was going to be entering the house; he did that in the morning while my husband was home alone and he didn’t even bother to say hello or the purpose of his intrusion, he left without saying anything or that he was planning on coming back!!
Later that day, my husband and I were by the pool and my sister was in the kitchen and when I turned around there he was with another man! Again, he didn’t say why was he there !! As they walked into the house and stand in the living room/kitchen, my sister turned around and was taken by surprise to see them that she screamed and drop the glass she was holding. I lost it and told them to get out and don’t come back without our knowledge! They left but, every time we got back to the house you could see that someone has been there because they will more the patio chairs or the floats or little things.
The house is a hazard for any person of any age!
The rugs are slippery, the pool has no handrail, there is no safety stickers on the floor walking in or out of the pool (tile floor), the switch for the outside light is in a locked room with a whole for you to put your hand in and turn it on and off, there is no security fence around the pool, and a lot more!!!
