Das Cool Cloud House wurde im Sommer 2012 fertiggestellt und mit maßgefertigten modernen Möbeln eingerichtet. Es verfügt über 2200 Quadratfuß unter der Luft sowie über geräumige Terrassen und Außenbereiche. Der große Raum des Cool Cloud House, der über dem Strand schwebt, ist in drei Räume unterteilt. Der Bereich Unterhaltung verfügt über einen Flachbild-TV, einen DVD-Player, ein HiFi-Soundsystem und eine PlayStation 3. Die Küche, der Essbereich und die Frühstücksecke bieten zeitgemäße Küche und Restaurants mit umfassendem Strand- und Meerblick. Die ultra-moderne Küche verfügt über alle Geräte aus Edelstahl einschließlich Französisch-Tür Kühlschrank, Glasplatte, Backofen, Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle. We stayed for two weeks and loved every minute. The location is to die for. The beach is literally steps from the house. Shells galore, bountiful tide pools and calm seas. Beautiful sunsets. Every amenity you can think of. Kitchen has everything you could want. Open concept layout and two living areas. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Locaton is good and being right on Queen's Highway means you don't spend a lot of time making your way out of the neighborhoods getting there. Some road noise but you forget about it when you look at where you are. Would rent again and would recommend.

The property was everything we were looking for. Very private beach, I think we saw maybe 7 or 8 people walking on the beach the entire week. The house was very nice and well taken care of. Property is as advertised. I would definitely return to this property for another vacation. Our toddler loved having the beach and ocean right out the backdoor. Sonya, the property manager was wonderful as well. She was there to help us whenever we needed anything before or during the trip.

This being our second time in Eleuthera we knew exactly what we wanted and Caribbean sandcastle provided just that. With three kids under the age of 9 we sought a home with useable beach and calm, shallow ocean waters. And we got. Exactly that.

Beach was spectacular with virtually no one there but us for the majority of time. The area under the house is not useful as the ceiling height is very low and it is used mostly as an area to store junk. They are building another house about 20 yards from this house so future privacy may be an issue. Kitchen is well stocked, AC and internet worked well. There is road noise in the front 2 bedrooms as the house is within feet of the main road. While I give it an overall 4, we would not stay here again due to the road noise and the house coming next door. We have stayed at many houses in Eleuthera over the years and this one is overpriced for what it offers.

We missed the first two days of our vacation because of American Airlines cancelling our flight out of Charlotte.Upon arrival we were overwhelmed with the Caribbean Sandcastle, the house and location is fantastic. First rental for us ever that the house was more stunning than the pictures posted.

The house was beautiful BUT the beach & water was out of this world. It The water was perfect & calm, and the pool was the perfect size. We hardly left the house except once for a boating excursion. We recommend having groceries delivered before arriving for convenience.

Paradise! If you can't find relaxation and peace of mind here, you won't find it anywhere! The home is immaculate, the surrounding's are pristine. I cant wait to go back again! There were no surprises, the home is exactly as it's portrayed on the website/ social media. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked. The beds are comfy. The beach is the most peaceful place on earth! Loved the location and amenities...had a small issue with the hot tub not working, but that was it!

Location was a little too remote. No where to take the little ones for a walk except for the fairly busy highway. Strollers don't do well on beach sand. One of the toilets developed a bad leak but was fixed eventually. After a few showers in the morning the smell of sewage was overwhelming in the driveway. Lucky we did not have any odor in the house. No fault of the owners but part of Eleuthera lost water pressure for a few days which was an inconvenience. Drinking water also became very salty for the bulk of our stay but we heeded the advice of the owners and drank bottled water. Excursion from Eleuthera Outdoor Center to Spanish Wells was excellent and the most unique any of us has experienced.

We stayed at the Caribbean Sand Castle for some much needed rest and relaxation. It completely exceeded our expectations. The house is absolutely beautiful and is exactly as pictured. It is very spacious and there are numerous locations both inside and out to relax, enjoy a good book, or simply sit and enjoy the view. We also thoroughly enjoyed the available kayak and paddle boards as the water is unbelievably beautiful, calm, and refreshing. We will absolutely be back and I would highly recommend the house to anyone needing some peace and tranquility or anyone who likes to stay busy on the water. The pool was a wonderful treat as well! There is something to do for everyone. I also enjoyed chatting with the locals at the nearby shops as they were so warm and welcoming. Can’t wait to get back!

Wonderful location. Sonya was so helpful and made us feel so welcome. The house beautiful, clean and very well equipped. The paddleboards were a great advantage. I had difficulty in renting a paddleboard for the week, so it was awesome to find them provided with the house.

This house is exactly as the pictures show it to be! The house is perfectly located between James Cistern and Governors Harbour and only about a 50 minute drive from N. Eleuthera airport. The beach and water are to die for and we were basically the only ones on it the whole week we were there. Would definitely stay in the house again in one of our return trips!

Quite and relaxing. Loved the view and the calm waters and snorkeling was great. Only downside is it’s about 55 minute drive from the North Eleuthera airport, we couldn’t find flights into the Marsh Harbor airport. House was very clean and cozy. The hot tub had some issues heating while we were there but it was just installed and still a work in progress. My family loved staying there and we plan to come back!

We have 4 couples staying in the house. It was comfortable for all of us to have enough space when needed. The location is really nice with few homes in beautiful sandy beaches this house is perfect. The house manager was Sonya was very quick to respond even when I locked myself out of the safe! “Yikes”. The new pool and hot tub are a nice feature as well.

Our families had an incredible stay at the Caribbean Sandcastle. We loved the remote location of this private beach, overlooking the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean. The kids loved the new swimming pool, only steps from the living room. Highlights of our trip included postcard sunsets, fishing for grouper right off of the beach, and beating an x-NFL linebacker in a foot race on the beach. Can't wait to return to this incredible place!

Wow! Great family vacation in this beautiful home on a white sand beach on this laid-back island. The home speaks for itself. Everything you could ask for and more. The kitchen is well stocked with ample cookware and utensils. The kayaks and paddleboards were a plus. It's close to town and the airport yet secluded. The owner and staff on the island have been fantastic. Looking forward to our next visit. Until then we will share our adventure with our friends and hopefully they can visit this diamond on the sand.

We enjoyed a week at Cool Cloud. The house and beach are lovely and the sunsets magnificent! The location is great for groceries and exploring the island. We made it to the fish fry in Governors Harbor and Lighthouse beach, then went north to Jeans Bay dock and ferried over to Spanish Wells. We loved our beach too and spent some days around the house. Although we never met any property managers or maintenance people, we were comfortable with most of it. The house sits tightly between the beach and the highway and the traffic noise and headlights were heavy on weekend nights. The freezer door handle was barely holding on at the top screw and a cabinet door handle came off. Otherwise the house was in good condition. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The bathrooms were quite dark. If you wear makeup or need to use a mirror, the living room had enough light and we all used the mirror in there. Things we loved: comfortable beds, pillows and bedding, ample towels, great water quality, great a/c, safe decks and steps, location to points of interest. Things we didn't love: no dispenser for 5 gal water bottles, no serving bowls or plastic food storage containers, no mirrors or tvs in bedrooms, rusty old beach chairs. Overall, we enjoyed the house. I would have fixed a couple things had there been a screw driver. These places take abuse from renters I know. Stay here folks, you'll enjoy it!

My husband, Marcus, and I fell in love with this villa and Eleuthera in July 2018. So much so that we took my brother and sister-in-law back two weeks ago and it DID NOT disappoint. We will be returning AGAIN soon.
The inside of the property is clean and spacious. The kitchen is stocked with cooking appliances and some spices.
All other condiments must be purchased. Each bedroom came with a nice AC unit which kept us cool when we needed it at night. Plenty of beach towels and bathroom towels are provided but there is a washer and dryer there is needed to use. I would suggest letting the towels air dry outside though.
We ended up with locals Brenda and Patrick cooking for us our first night (lots of places closed on Sundays) and we were going to have time to shop and didn't really want to cook and clean. It is highly recommended! We ended up with leftovers for 2 additional nights.
Another recommendation is Mo Sweets Bakery. She made the most delicious strawberry cheesecake and will deliver right to the house. We picked at it all week.
The entire house has a wraparound deck which is nice but we rarely used it as we spent all our time in the water or traveling to different sites/beaches on the island. Cool Cloud did add some additional deck couch seating in case you want to lounge up there.
As people have mentioned, the beach chairs are lacking a bit but they are still usable. We again brought an even bigger inflatable raft this year and a new pump. It has been donated to Cool Cloud for future renters as it is nice to just chill on the water. There is also an extension cord and anchor that will hold the raft in place. Look for the center-block in the water and attach the anchor to it. There are a few kayaks to use and we took them during low tide to the island just north of us. It was a hike but ended up seeing a shark!

My husband, Marcus, and I fell in love with this villa and Eleuthera in July 2018. So much so that we took my brother and sister-in-law back two weeks ago and it DID NOT disappoint. We will be returning AGAIN soon. The inside of the property is clean and spacious. The kitchen is stocked with cooking appliances and some spices. All other condiments must be purchased. Each bedroom came with a nice AC unit which kept us cool when we needed it at night. Plenty of beach towels and bathroom towels are provided but there is a washer and dryer there is needed to use. I would suggest letting the towels air dry outside though.We ended up with locals Brenda and Patrick cooking for us our first night (lots of places closed on Sundays) and we were going to have time to shop and didn't really want to cook and clean. It is highly recommended! We ended up with leftovers for 2 additional nights.Another recommendation is Mo Sweets Bakery. She made the most delicious strawberry cheesecake and will deliver right to the house. We picked at it all week.The entire house has a wraparound deck which is nice but we rarely used it as we spent all our time in the water or traveling to different sites/beaches on the island. Cool Cloud did add some additional deck couch seating in case you want to lounge up there.As people have mentioned, the beach chairs are lacking a bit but they are still usable. We again brought an even bigger inflatable raft this year and a new pump. It has been donated to Cool Cloud for future renters as it is nice to just chill on the water. There is also an extension cord and anchor that will hold the raft in place. Look for the center-block in the water and attach the anchor to it. There are a few kayaks to use and we took them during low tide to the island just north of us. Cool Cloud is located on one of the most beautiful beaches on Eleuthera. The location is perfect with easy access to Governor's Harbour and Rainbow Bay. The house is perfect--clean, modern, with every amenity. The kitchen is fully stocked, the bedrooms are comfortable and the furnishings are gorgeous. We were two couples and the house provided ample privacy...each couple had their own wing of the house! The views are spectacular and the newly replaced windows and doors worked great. We have been to Eleuthera many times and this house is perfection. This was the first trip to the island with the other couple we traveled with and they fell in love with the island and the house. We do encourage the owners to purchase new portable beach chairs and umbrellas as the ones provided were not usable. However, we rarely went to other beaches with Alabaster Bay being nearly perfect. We would stay here again and again. Sonya, the caretaker, is incredibly responsive and helpful (we did have an AC problem on the first night and the repairman was there within 30 minutes to fix it!) The team at Eleuthera Vacation Rentals was responsive, helpful and so accommodating. It was the perfect vacation.

We had a great stay at Brandons house. The house was immaculate with lots of thoughtful details like yeti travel mugs, brand new umbrellas and beach chairs, usb charging station, etc. By far the best part though is the beach! Beautiful calm water perfect for our group of 5 kids to play in. The only part of the house that wasn't exactly what we had hoped for was the location right on the main road. This made it loud at night if you left the windows open on that side of the house but as soon as we switched to sleeping with the AC it wasn't a problem. The pool wasn't finished yet but we are already planning a return trip to check it out! Brandon and his entire crew were super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

This home is located on a secluded gorgeous beach. Everything was absolutely perfect. If you are looking to relax, unwind, and recharge this is your perfect vacation home! The caretaker of the home, is so helpful and available at all times if needed. Our children called it the best vacation ever.

We stayed at Cool Cloud for a week and had a large crew of 8 adults and 5 kids. Overall, enjoyed the experience and the low key island vibe. Pros - nice open layout of the house with plenty of room to spread out between the two sitting areas and wrap around porch space. The views and water are amazing and the kids loved playing with all the water toys and kayaks. It was great having a washer/dryer so we didn't have to pack as much clothing. Cons - there are a decent number of house repairs needed. A couple of door handles fell off while we were there, could not get any hot water for the showers, the front outside area of the house had a terrible sewage smell all week and the beds weren't very comfortable. None of these issues were major deterrents for us, but something for the property managers to note for future guests. All in all, we had a good time and will plan on going back to Eleuthera again in the future.

Good First Visit

This house was perfect for our family! Steps away from the Carribean, the water was so calm and perfect for our 3 young children. The house was a short drive to groceries, fresh fish piers, or beaches on the Atlantic side. Sonya, the property manager, was so sweet and helpful! I would definitely recommend this house for anyone’s stay.

Wonderful house!
The house is located right on a quiet Carribean beach. The calm water was perfect for our 3 young children! Lots of sand toys and water toys too. The house was roomy with a large open kitchen/living area. The bedrooms all had very comfortable beds and stayed cool for us. Quick ride to other beaches and into Governors Harbour for groceries, restaurants or pier for fresh fish. The island has beautiful beaches and water is gorgeous! Sonya, the property manager was great. She was always quick to help out or answer any questions. The owners would not be able to find anyone that is as sweet and hard working as Sonya!

Cool Cloud House is a beautiful property overlooking a stunning beach. The water is crystal clear and the perfect depth for children. The view from the house is incredible. When we arrived the house was spotless and the floor plan is great for groups. The owner had just installed new windows and doors. We did have quite a few bugs in the house that I think were coming in at the bottom of doors that had some gaps. This is just FYI and hopefully has been fixed. The only complaint is lack of beach furniture. There were blue lounge chairs but they were broke and rusted and not useable. Most of our time was spent on the beach and settling on towels was uncomfortable. This house is way too classy to not have good beach furniture. I would definitely rent this house again!

We enjoyed a week at Cool Cloud. The house and beach are lovely and the sunsets magnificent! The location is great for groceries and exploring the island. We made it to the fish fry in Governors Harbor and Lighthouse beach, then went north to Jeans Bay dock and ferried over to Spanish Wells. We loved our beach too and spent some days around the house. Although we never met any property managers or maintenance people, we were comfortable with most of it. The house sits tightly between the beach and the highway and the traffic noise and headlights were heavy on weekend nights. The freezer door handle was barely holding on at the top screw and a cabinet door handle came off. Otherwise the house was in good condition. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The bathrooms were quite dark. If you wear makeup or need to use a mirror, the living room had enough light and we all used the mirror in there. Things we loved: comfortable beds, pillows and bedding, ample towels, great water quality, great a/c, safe decks and steps, location to points of interest. Things we didn't love: no dispenser for 5 gal water bottles, no serving bowls or plastic food storage containers, no mirrors or tvs in bedrooms, rusty old beach chairs. Overall, we enjoyed the house. I would have fixed a couple things had there been a screw driver. These places take abuse from renters I know. Stay here folks, you'll enjoy it!

My wife Amber and I wanted a secluded vacation in the Caribbean to celebrate our wedding, and boy was Cool Cloud the PERFECT spot for what we wanted! Nestled right off the main highway about 5 minutes from Governors Harbor Airport, Cool Cloud is a nicely gated property with the beach and calm crystal clear Caribbean waters right out your door. The beach is in Pristine shape and so secluded, that we saw 1 person walk by us the whole week we were there. The inside of the property is nice as well with a fully loaded kitchen to cook anything in. We caught fresh fish and were able to cook it with ease in the kitchen here. The bedroom came with a nice AC unit which kept us cool when we needed it at night. Having cable and WiFi was handy as well for the one night we stayed in and relaxed to some old episodes of Friends while eating our fresh fish we had spear fished that day. The wraparound deck is a wonderful touch and a great place to sit and star gaze at night as you listen to the waves gently break on the beach. There were plenty of chairs and toys to play with, although we brought our own giant inflateable raft to use in the ocean since there is no pool here. We did leave the raft and electric pump for the next lucky guest! Cool Cloud will forever be enshrined in our memory as the best villa in the Caribbean for a low key and easy living vacation we require from time to time. We've island hopped to a few spots in the Caribbean and Cool Cloud on Eluthrea may be our number one spot. We're already thinking about returning again in 2019!!

My family and I had an incredible time at the Cool Cloud house over spring break this past March. The house was beautiful as was the beach right out the back door. Loved having the kayaks to use whenever we wanted! There were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Never had a problem with the wifi or tv. We enjoyed everything about our stay!

Beautiful home ,the most amazing stretch of beach!
What a beautiful house this is! Cool Cloud is on the most amazing stretch of beach/ocean we have ever seen. Besides the guestsdown the way at CocoDiMama and a couple of people here and there, the beach was all ours. We had such a quiet, relaxing vacation. Our family of five utilized the kayaks daily! The beds inside were comfortable and the view from the house was unbelievable! The owner provided a cooler, sand toys, kayaks and a ton of towels! I would like to see some nicer lounge chairs on the beach and a new front door would be great! We had an amazing meal at 1648 and we also dined out at Tippys, Da Perk, Deck and Bucaneer club. Though this house is right on the highway, you would never know! Not a lot of traffic and it was quiet our entire stay. What a wonderful property and the entire rental process was so easy with no problems. Thank you for letting us use your home!
