Nice renovated, older home with updates and plenty of room for our family. Great residential location only a few blocks from the beach and a few bars/restaurants. Kitchen is well stocked with the necessary tools & equipment and we appreciated the leave behinds (spices, condiments, bag of ice and paper towels, etc.)
Drew was attentive and good to work with. We loved the residential beach neighborhood and its proximity to Portland (20 min)

House was large enough to accomodate one family of 6 and one of 5 with room to spare! Accessible to beaches and kids' amusement park. Beautiful back yard & view over the marsh especially at sunset. Do remember to bring bug spray.

My family enjoyed the beautiful marsh views during our stay at this lovely property. This spacious house more than accommodated our needs. Everything was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with linens, towels and kitchenware. The home is just a short walk to the beach and restaurants, and is perfect location for other nearby sights. We hope to return next year!

We stayed in the house for a wonderful week to celebrate a family milestone. Overall our stay was wonderful. The dinner table was big enough for all eight of us, both living rooms are nice and comfy, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely remodeled.
There were a few small issues that we noticed but it didn’t effect our stay. Some kind of loud pump in the basement ran a lot during our first couple of days, which kept my parents up at night (they slept on the first floor). The toilet paper holder in the third floor bathroom wouldn’t hold the roll, it kept sliding down. Some of the non-stick pots in the kitchen were all scratched, so we couldn’t use them. We couldn’t get the middle burner on the stove to work, no instructions were around and it wouldn’t light. The grill didn’t seem clean, so we put down foil before we grilled.
Again, overall it was great - these are just things we noticed that could use improvement. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to spend some relaxing time in Pine Point.

We absolutely loved this house. Spacious. Nice rooms. Near the beach and not far from Portland. It’s the ideal spot. A great choice for any large family or group

We had a lovely time cooking a large Thanksgiving dinner for friends and family! The large oven has some issues (a loose knob, the oven door doesn’t stay tightly closed), but everything worked. The location is gorgeous, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. We’re already thinking about coming back next year!

Perfect place for a big group of extended family. Great outdoor space to watch the sunset, eat meals, enjoy your morning coffee, etc. Back yard fire pit was the perfect way to end each day. Lots of space outside for kids to run around, play corn hole, bad mitten, and get their energy out. Easy walking access to the beach, lobster rolls, small market, gift shops, etc. Safe, quiet, and ideal spot for a family vacation in Maine. Would 100% return!

Perfect family vacation
We loved this property! There was plenty of room for everyone. The back yard and patio were perfect for us. The location was great, close enough to the Pier but far enough away to be very quiet. Beach only a short walk away. The views of the marsh and sunsets were stunning. We will definitely be back.

Great stay in Pine Point
Perfect house for our large family.Plenty of room for everyone.Nice short walk to beach.Beatiful views of marsh from back deck along with a firepit and cornhole etc.Plenty of parking too which is key in Pine Point.Walk to several restaurants as well.Great week will return!

Though the house sleeps 16, I definitely wouldn’t go over 10 people. We had 5 adults plus kids (16, 14, 11, 8, 5) and we definitely felt like we were stepping over each other a lot. We also couldn’t eat together because the table sat 8 and that was very tight.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The marsh views were beautiful no matter the weather. The rental was spacious for 7 adults, but would have been a tight fit if all of our group of 10 had come, as 4 of the sleeping spaces are bunk beds in one room. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, flatware, and utensils. There were renters in the adjoining space, but sound was never a problem. It was clean and nicely furnished. Beds were comfortable. The location is terrific, and Drew was very helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The marsh views were beautiful no matter the weather. The rental was spacious for 7 adults, but would have been a tight fit if all of our group of 10 had come, as 4 of the sleeping spaces are bunk beds in one room. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, flatware, and utensils. There were renters in the adjoining space, but sound was never a problem. It was clean and nicely furnished. Beds were comfortable. The location is terrific, and Drew was very helpful.

House is very comfortable and modern enough. Be aware you share a driveway with another attached house. The location is not as remote and relaxing as it may appear in photos. House has 6 true bedrooms, including a beautiful master suite and some bunk beds. A few small issues we had were resolved quickly by the owner. Beach and many restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Kitchen has name brand quality appliances and bbq. We had terrible bugs that made the backyard inhabitable but that may have just been the time of year.

Perfect spot for a family gathering. The beach is perfect for the kids with ages 2-7.

Pros- close to beach and easy walk. Few nice seafood places within walking distance. Its on a pretty marsh but bugs were insane. Master bedroom and bath were very nice. Nice deck and firepit that we used.
Cons - not the cleanest rental we have been in. Garbage wasn’t taken out from previous renters so had to deal with overflowing containers all week. Also the couches were terrible and only 2 of the 5 or so tvs worked with Roku which made it very difficult with kids. Carpets weren’t that clean.
Overall was nice but for the price we paid, id expect it to be cleaner.

Mini Family Reunion
We had 3 families, one with 2 little children. for a total of eight people. The house was plenty big for all of us, and very child friendly. Location was great...only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The third floor master suite was wonderful.
I did not give a "5" overall rating because the cleaning was OK, but with what I felt was a significant cleaning fee, my expectation level goes up, and it didn't meet that standard. There were cleanliness issues in the first floor bedroom, and two of the three bathroom hand soap dispensers were VERY low, and we couldn't find any refills. Also, two glasses in the pantry were cracked...glad we saw that before using them.
We also did not see any hand towels for the bathroom, and that would have been handy.
But, overall, a very nice property.

Pine Point Gem!
Remarkable property, with an incredible view of the Scarborough Marsh! Enjoyed coffee every morning in what we called the Sun Room and/or adjoining deck, overlooking this expansive view, lit up by the morning sunrise, and incredible sunsets. This home was very comfortable for my family, totaling eight people and two dogs (a German Shepherd and a Bernadoodle), visiting the area for a graduation. The home was clean and well kept, and Drew was very responsive. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood of Pine Point, with a short walk to the beach and area restaurants. We look forward to renting this property again in the future!
