The house is absolutely stunning inside, especially the wrought iron stair case and all the pictures throughout. Stairgate is provided !! The beds were just so comfy that we didn't want to get up in the morning. Everything you need for a holiday, local information is provided with a map of the town, buses are a 2 minute walk away and go until 10pm, railway station is just down the road, local co-op on the courner. The beach is a 4 minute walk down the hill, or u can bus is needed. The host is just fantastic as well, popped over to see if settled in ok and gave some really good local restaurants to go to. Fabulous little mews house in St Lens. It's a really great little conversion. Everything you could possibly need for a few days away has been thought of. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. Bright and airy lounge with patio doors. Nice bathroom with a bath and shower. Doug has done a great job! The location is very handy for Warrior Square train station. The sea is a 3 minute walk the other way down the hill. Plenty of places to eat, drink and shops nearby. We absolutely loved our stay and wished we could stay longer. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing that we didn't like. When we first arrived I was bit apprehensive as the archway you turn under to get to the property is a bit tatty, but the property itself is perfect. People with mobility issues might find the spiral staircase difficult to negotiate, but its clear from the photos that the property has a spiral staircase and we loved it. The seagulls start seagulling very early , so if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs, but you are near the sea so that comes with the territory.

We weren't expecting breakfast. We really enjoyed the location. Plenty of things to do with good weather, a good prom.

We were very surprised to see so much food left by previous persons. Not properly wrapped and no idea how long it had been there? The kitchen area was pleasant but not fully equipped for self catering if you had your meals there. It would have helped to have re-iterated there was no washing machine and complete freezer as the weather was extremely hot. There was however a freezing compartment in the fridge. took a while to get use to no windows only roof lights, but they were good apart from the sea gulls! Car parking not for the faint hearted, and the open space is for cars, not for sitting out!
