Friends from out of town flew in for several days of fishing with guides.
They ate at the house and went out one night.
The kitchen was well equipped as was the entire house.
This was my husband and friends.
They loved the house as it was large and in very good condition.
They would rent it again.

Amazing location and house! The only upgrade that could be helpful is a door code on the front door. It was a little tricky going out in separate groups with only 1 house key available. Great hot tub, comfy beds!

My friends and I stayed at this amazing location! Not only did we love the spacious home, but enjoyed ourselves in the backyard between the pool and hot tub. Within walking distance to the beach and close to some great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this home for your next trip to IOP!

This house is great and we look forward to returning. The backyard is an oasis and the beach is an easy walk. Love the proximity to the bridge. Our host was very responsive to questions. We would love to keep this secret gem to ourselves!

The rental property is in an amazing location, 2 blocks from the beach access, which is about a 4 minute walk. All of the beds were extremely comfy and there is a large amount of space for larger groups. The selling point is the pool, hot tub, and back yard though. I would highly recommend staying at this location if you are considering a trip to IOP!

My party of 10 stayed at this airbnb in August 2023 and had a terrific stay. The house is less than a 10 minute walk from the beach (~3-4 blocks) which was unbelievably convenient. The backyard and pool area is just as nice as it looks in the listing pictures, and the host has someone come biweekly to clean the pool.
Our host (part of a rental agency I believe) was very responsive and graciously afforded us the ability to check-in early upon our arrival. She also was nice enough to provide a long list of recommendations for our time in Charleston. Overall think this is a perfect option for any big group looking for pool / beach access just outside of Charleston (roughly a 25 min uber / drive to downtown).

This was our first time gathering the family for a beach week— a huge success thanks to this comfortable house with pool and large private backyard, short walk or golf cart ride to the beach access, great beach. Looking forward to staying here in the future.

The hot tub and pool plus plentiful chairs/tables of the backyard were the highlight of our three generation family vacation in this home. All 5 bedrooms were of adequate size, and living-dining area accommodated 10 of us. We appreciated the beach accessibility—just a 10-minute walk, and the beach umbrella, chairs and pool toys provided.

This home worked perfectly for our family of 9 and the layout worked really well. The bedroom arrangement was great and the baths were well appointed. The back porch and access to the pool was nice with the grandkids and we spent many hours by or in the pool. The beach is a short 5 minute walk as well and overall a great property for smaller families or groups like ours.

Great house in a great location for six adults and two children. Easy walking distance to the public beach @ 25th Ave. But far enough away to be able to “quietly” enjoy large backyard with pool. For the most part the owner has updated and maintained house such that it is in excellent condition. Outdoor grill plates rusty and need to be replaced. Bad enough that we needed to use foil. Need to check propane level between visitors. We ran out on second night.

Great house with plenty of space for a large family! We were extremely comfortable there and it truly felt like a home away from home. The backyard is large enough for relaxing in the pool as well as playing yard games. The beach is a short walk away- far enough so you aren’t bothered with people parking for the beach. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

We gathered our family from across the country for a wedding in Charleston and this home had everything we wanted for a base of operations. Great pool for the children, in a quiet location four blocks from the beach and a short golf cart ride to shps and restaurants. Very well equipped and comfortable to boot. Many of the houses on IOP strive for the classy Charleston look, this one gets it just right for a place near the beach.

This property was simple perfect! We had a group of 8 and had plenty of room. All bedrooms and bathrooms very spacious. The living/dining room and kitchen were very nice as well. The best part of the home is the outdoor oasis! Couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing place to spend a long weekend. A 30 minute drive in to Charleston was very nice too. Overall, I’d give our stay a 10+! 😊

The property is very nice, clean, comfortable beds, nice hot tub, pretty pool-we just didn't use it, plenty of bathrooms, laundry, fully stocked kitchen.
We could have used more toilet paper, trash bags, and dish washer packs. We pride ourselves on leaving everything clean and we were limited on supplies.

The house was lovely! Everything like new, furniture comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood, yet close to many things! Four of us girls went. Outside screened patio was so nice in evenings! Furniture out there very comfortable. Nicely stocked kitchen. Great communication with owner. Would stay again for sure! Great stay! VERY CLEAN!!

The house is beautiful, in a great location and has all the comforts of home you can ask for. We had plenty of space and only wish we had more board games options or puzzles since it rained 2 of the days we were there. We will definitely be returning to IOP next spring, thanks for having us.

Nine of us girls came in for the Charleston Food and Wine Festival. This property was easy to get an Uber to Downtown from. It was relaxing for all of us, and very well appointed for us to have breakfast and lunch at the house. Close proximity to the beach, comfortable beds and couches, overall a great property. Would stay there again.

Rented for a long weekend for a reunion of high school friends. Property was well maintained. The location was quiet, peaceful. Lovely backyard and pool, got some great group pics. Well stocked with amenities too. The property manager was prompt in answering questions. Recommend!

Absolutely have no complaints! Renovated nicely open house. The outside backyard hot tub area is phenomenal better in person than in pictures. Truly an excellent place to stay. If I had to pick one thing I would change I think one of the rooms needs to have a king size bed. Five Star house!!

This house was wonderful! It was clean, had all of the amenities listed on the site and was in a great location - close to the beach, food store, restaurants and Charleston! The management was very responsive and helpful! The backyard with the pool and many tables was an amazing place for family to gather and relax.
The handicap adjustments were perfect for my 90+ year old parents. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a nice property for a big group of girls. Unfortunately we got hit by Hurricane Ian and lost power for 27 hours but we made the most of it. The hot tub was a life saver (when the power was on). The kitchen is well equipped except for pans to bake on. I would stay at this property again, but hopefully no hurricane hits next time.

The home is as listed. Very functional for all ages inside and out. Beds are comfortable. Home is clean. Robert is an exceptional communicator; responsive, helpful and full of recommendations for the area. Would not hesitate to book here again. Our family really enjoyed it.

This property is perfect for large groups! Sleeping 12 with 5 bedrooms is amazing! The hot tub and pool are gorgeous and relaxing. And it’s literally a 2 min walk to the beach! Robert was incredibly quick responding to inquiries. Very friendly & helpful! Would definitely go back to this property!

The only 2 issues was the grill was broken 😢we weren’t able to use it and several small flies (fruit flies maybe???) But we had a fantastic time 😊

We took a moms trip and loved the house — lots of room for our group of 8 and the backyard space was amazing. The perfect setup and would absolutely recommend to others! Very clean.
Only complaint is both bike chains broke off during our stay and we were planning to use them. Didn’t hear back from the property manager when I messaged about it.
