This is a hidden gem. The cabin is gorgeous. Having wild turkeys visit us every morning was a highlight.

This place exceeded all of our expectations, very relaxing environment and close to outdoor activities that we enjoyed. We forgot some items and realized upon arrival and the property owners were more than happy to deliver what we needed. We plan to stay with Stewart Mountain Lodging again in the future.

The proximity to Sundance resort is obviously super convenient. Non-skiers would drop the rest of us off and pick us up. The best part of house is the big living space which we enjoyed in the evenings. For those of you that can't completely disconnect from work there's a table off of the kitchen where you can set an leave your laptop. Large foyer with a slate floor so you don't feel guilty about dragging some snow and water into the house. The property manager stressed needing four wheel drive which I assumed was a blanket recommendation for the area. However, the driveway, while short is steep and uphill and icy from being driven over. I made the mistake of driving to the top when we arrived. Our rented Suburban slide down the driveway out of our control when leaving the next morning. From that point on, I parked at the end of the driveway, which was less treacherous pulling out but walking up was still an issue. A trash can of salt and sand was delivered during our stay which was a big help. There is firewood and fire starters provided for the large fireplace but we didn't have any luck getting the wood to burn. Probably the most proactive property managers I've had the experience to work with, in terms of communications, which really took away a lot of the stress of traveling. We try to get out to Sundance every year and would definitely consider staying here again.

The whole process was so easy. Rental group is great about communication and helping us find things to do once we arrived! They were simply amazing!! We will definitely consider them for a future stay!

Our 3 night stay at Arrowhead Cabin was delightful. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by mellow and relaxing surround music and a cozy fireplace. Cabin is beautifully decorated and we loved the american art pieces throughout. Your place surpassed our expectations. Our family wanted a break from the city and busy lives and Arrowhead was the perfect place to enjoy each others company and relax for a long weekend. A short drive or a nice walk to Sundance resort where you can find all your winter amenities and dining is also a plus! The Hillside Getaway was a great place to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. There was only a small group of us, so it felt lovely and spacious with room to be private if necessary. We were able to fit three vehicles comfortably on the driveway. The lights were on, including the ones on the Christmas tree, and everything in the main living areas felt warm and comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy, and the property management let us arrive earlier so that I could set up food and decorations in preparation for my husband's arrival. They even left us some 'Happy Birthday' pastries. There was a large open fire which we enjoyed loading logs onto throughout the evenings. (plenty available at the property). It was cozy and relaxing. We really enjoyed the hot tub!!! We spent a lot of time in there! It was great to be outside where it was snowing, but sit in the relaxing tub that was a good size, and feel nice and warm. We used it in the day time and evening time. We had two dogs with us. I wish there was an enclosed area so that the dogs could sniff around without us having to watch them so closely. One of the dogs is a 'runner' and would have run off if he hadn't been leashed when outside. All it needs is a gate at the bottom of the wooden steps. The kitchen was a little bit small, but we managed. There was a small dining table and small round table at the side of the kitchen. We had a private chef prepare a meal for us on one of the evenings (Adam Price.....awesome chef...awesome food....we all thoroughly enjoyed it). We had to slide both tables together in order to have a big enough area to eat at. Wish it had been bigger to make the meal feel more special. The heaters/fans in the bedrooms would not work for us with the remote controls that were available. I did not contact the management about this until after the fact because it was late in the evening when we all realized. I was really cold in the night because of no heating in the bedroom. And same for the other guests. We did stay during a very cold winter weekend though. I would recommend checking the heaters/fans upon arrival to be on the safe side. We were located really close to the Sundance resort, and was only a 5 -10 minute walk away. Overall we were extremely happy with the Hillside Getaway and would definitely consider staying again!

My fiancée and I came from Florida to spend a few nights in the mountains. Wyatt was helping me set up the trip and made sure I had everything I needed! Even went out of his way to leave a bottle of wine and make sure the hot tub was heated up when we got there! We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay and the house blew our expectations out of the water! Everyone in Sundance made us feel like family and we can wait to come back!

Cozy, quaint, well furnished and very much enjoyed!

We spent two nights at the tail end of our son’s college graduation trip in this beautiful rental house. The house was walking distance to Sundance Resort and a short 15 min drive to the National Park hiking trails. The house was very spacious and included a sauna and hot tub, both of which we enjoyed after long hiking and zip lining. The beds have the most comfortable sheets I’ve slept in. Overall a great place that I would love to return to with the entire family.

This was one of the cleanest properties we have ever stayed at. We had a great weekend, loved how stocked the kitchen was with everything we needed. Very relaxing and would absolutely stay again. I have already gave this recommendation to friends to come stay as well.

This is a fantastic property, there’s nothing that could have made it better-we loved the hot tub, privacy, hummingbirds and how big the house is.

Could not have been more convenient. Hillside House is like staying in a private spa. We will be back. Thank you!

We had the most amazing weekend away. This cabin was perfect and had all the amenities we needed. Loved The Hollow where our puppy could go and play in the stream. The decks and the hot tub were wonderful! Perfect!

The property was amazing and so beautiful. Upon coming the first afternoon, the staff had lowlights on and music playing to greet us. Made us feel at home and welcomed. The kitchen had everything you could ever want for cooking and Brad and his staff were amazing. They booked a reservation for us for dinner and when one of the heater quit working Brad immediately came over and got it going again. Love this place and totally recommend it to anyone who wants a peaceful beautiful place to stay.

We stayed here with our family of 8 and it was amazing. The rental company was beyond helpful. The cabin was cozy and clean. We had 6 kids and they loved the zip line swing and park area. We just wish our stay was longer!

Perfect week getaway for family summer vacation. We have a 16 yo son and 12 yo daughter. We did stuff during the day and were at the house in the evening. Best way I can sum it up...we never went out for a single breakfast or dinner the whole week. Why would you? big kitchen , living room, grill...we took the downstairs big bedroom as the master, gave our daughter the foldout in the other downstairs, and let our son have the upstairs BR. Worked out well since the TV was in the downstairs BR. Loved the close distance to sundance, to the national forest, to the trailhead for Timp and Stewart Falls. Middle of nowhere but you are 15 minutes from Orem and grocery stores, etc. Again- perfect week.

The property is in immaculate condition and Stuart Mountain Lodging was very proactive with their communication. If I ever return to Sundance, I'll be staying here.

Vicki steered us Perfectly. They have a lot of properties to choose from and she was the consummate professional and Extremely nice. The property was in great condition and the home was stocked with all of the goodies you would expect from a professionally managed property (down to the dog biscuit for our dog) We will use this company again FOR SURE and I am highly confident in recommending Stewart Mgm in Sundance!!

This is a beautiful well-appointed cabin nestled in the trees with beautiful fall colors. We were only there for one night wishing we could have stayed longer. If we ever get back to Sundance, we will definitely stay here again.
