I asked for second room keycard. staff refused to give me at first. she said normally only one for one room. I think normally you guys should give each people one keycard when they booked twin bed. or just pay an attention what kind of customers when they came to check-in. you can make a decision to give them how many keycard they should have. or are you worried about the left keycard inside the room running over air-conditioning and electricity? - -"
